Would give a 0 if I could

Would give a 0 if I could. ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! Was told via website dress shipping would be there in 2 weeks… It took 2 months and then when we received LATE after prom date , the dress it smelled like nasty fish to be new almost made us vomit at the smell, my daughter would’ve never worn it even if it came on time! Absolutely disgusting! Return process is a joke! Took over 2 months to get a refund! They never answer the phone or emails! This place is a SCAM STAY AWAY!!! Would never order again!!!

A two-month delivery when two weeks was promised and arriving after your daughter's prom, is completely unacceptable. On top of that, receiving a dress with a strong odor is not something any customer should have to go through, and we understand how upsetting that must have been.

We also take full responsibility for the return process taking far too long and for our team failing to answer your calls and emails. That is not the service we want to provide, and it's not the experience you deserved.

Great quality and customer service

The dresses I bought were beautifully made and high-quality. Customer Service representative named Ellenwas top-notch and worked with me to make sure that the dresses arrived with the correct measurements and in time for our concert event! Would definitely recommend this company.

THIS IS FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION

THIS IS FRAUDULENT ORGANIZATION. RUN. They steal your money in broad daylight. My daughter ordered a dress online which was received deformed. She notified the store to return it. They sent her a returned box which she used and returned it. Upon checking the tracking number, store had received the dress on 5/14/26. Refund should have taken place within 7 days per online policy. But No Refund. My wife called, my daughter called, I called. Always voice mail and no return call. We kept calling until my wife finally got a hold of someone who claimed his name to be Julio. He said he will the refund in 7 days. Nothing happened in 7 days. I called and was able to talk to a female who took her 5 minutes to find our file and phone number. She said they will refund in 48 hours. Today I got an email that they have issued a refund 3 days ago. They showed a fake refund in an email. They are such liars that they sent the wrong amount in their email. Nearly a month has gone by and no refund. I became very suspicious of them and went online to check on them. Better Business Bureau shows 144 complaints over the last 3 years. Many people claim they have not received their refunds. This is a scam. I intend to file a law suit against them. DO BUY YOURSELF HEADACHES. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS PLACE.

Misleading Photos and Completely Different Dress Than Expected


I would strongly advise future buyers to be very careful.

The website appears to be a collection of photos from many different sources, and it is extremely difficult to understand what the actual finished product will look like. There are very few original photos showing what this company truly makes.

The dress I received had almost nothing in common with the dress shown in the listing. The quality, details, fit, and overall appearance were completely different from what I expected based on the photos.

What is most concerning is that nowhere is it clearly explained that the dress may not match the original design shown in the images.
Unfortunately, it is nearly impossible to know what you will actually receive until the package arrives.

Worst customer service ever

Worst customer service ever! I purchased five dresses from this company and had to repeatedly call to get a refund and then fight the charges through my credit card in order to get actually refunded. Although they say they are going to refund you, they never do. No one answers the phone ever and they take days to respond to an email. Do not purchase your addresses from this place. You will be disappointed with their customer service. Purchase from somewhere they accept returns and don’t charge you fees and try and not refund you.

Not a good experience…

Not a great purchase and return experience. The shipping and availability time frames on the website were straight lies in our case. I purchased a dress that had an in stock lightning fast shipping guarantee yet it did not leave the warehouse for 9+ days and only after I emailed creating stress when on a deadline for a dance. It did ship quick after my last email. Unfortunately the Dress did not fit and now I’ve been waiting a month for a partial refund - again emailing twice when it states 10 business days for a refund and it’s been far longer.
I would consider removing this negative yet honest review for a sincere apology regarding the inaccuracies of your promised time frames, And my refund that I still have not received.

BUYER BEWARE!!

BUYER BEWARE!!! This is the WORST business I have ever dealt with in my life. I had to report them to the BBB and when I did I discovered they had a rating of an "F". They only shipped one of the two dresses we ordered. Additionally, I have been going back and forth with them since they received the dress back on May1st to get a refund. It is June 1st and I still do not have refund. Additionally, they are trying to only refund me 161.10 of the 225.19 I spent on the dress. When I sent them screenshots of their return policies on May 29th stating I get a full refund back on one item, they took the weekend to change their policy and make it effective May 29th. They are thieves and liars.

Their reply below is psychotic. When I finally got them on a phone they hung up on me after telling me they will only email. Oh and still no refund. They don't care at all about their customers.

Last-minute bridal gown! So worth it!

Came to Kissprom to find a last minute wedding dress. It was a Sat. Super busy but the girls stayed calm cool and collected. They helped me until I found what I was looking for. I really appreciate them and it was so worth the 45 min drive to now have peace of mind. Thank you ladies!! Xoxo

If there were no stars I would choose…

If there were no stars I would choose it. Do NOT purchase from this company, especially online. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter for junior prom. The one we kept was crap. Before she even put it on many of the rhinestones had fallen off. She wore it for a few hours and half of them were missing. The one we had to return was a nightmare. It’s 3 months later and I’m still getting jerked around and empty promises that it’s in progress or on its way. I’ve had to pay late fees to my credit card for it and have now reported fraud. Go elsewhere. Anywhere. These people do not know how to do business.
