We booked tockets in Argentina Through travelfrom, they forgot to book our checking luggage so we ended paying extra for that at the airport. When we contacted the customer support regarding this issue, the issue was swiftly settled with the help of Adriiana Lopez, who made sure the additional costs were refunded.

I strongly advise against booking flights with KissAndFly. This was one of the most stressful and unprofessional booking experiences I’ve ever had.
I booked a one-way flight on November 25 and received a confirmation and ticket number from KissAndFly for my December 4 flight. When I checked directly with the airline, they could not find my booking at all. I contacted KissAndFly customer service, and they “reissued” my ticket.
Once again, the airline could not locate this new booking.
I contacted KissAndFly again, and the day before my December 4 departure, they emailed me saying my booking was cancelled and apologized for the inconvenience. There was no advance notice, no call, and no proactive communication. If I hadn’t independently checked with the airline, I would not have known that my ticket was never properly confirmed.
By the time they cancelled my flight, booking directly with the airline was three times the original price, making it impossible for me to rebook. As a result, I was forced to take an 18-hour bus trip to reach a destination that should have been a 2-hour flight.
This situation caused unnecessary stress, financial loss, and major disruption to my plans. As of writing this review, I still have not received a refund 6 weeks later. I’ve tried emailing many times and they keep saying they are in the final stage of review of this case. There’s nothing to review…I paid and did not receive a flight. This company is a joke.
I absolutely do NOT recommend KissAndFly. The lack of reliability, communication, and accountability makes them completely untrustworthy for time-sensitive travel. Book directly with the airline… it’s not worth the risk.

Fraudulent reservation process.
They request 50E if you don't have a credit card (via visa/mastercard debit cards or revolut). They only mention this on the last page after you filled everything for the travel.

I booked through this website after being redirected from a third-party platform (SKYSCANNER). Shortly after, I was forced to request a refund under circumstances that, according to the company’s own agents, qualified for an exception. What followed was over a MORE THAN A MONTH of constant issues, including excessive delays, contradictory explanations, ignored messages, and repeated requests for information that had already been provided, lies, false promises, repeated delays with no clear timelines, retention of my money (because that long retention I got bank charges, interest - which I had to pay and financial strain) . I was given multiple verbal assurances during recorded phone calls and later written confirmations by email stating that the refund would be processed "AS SOON AS POSSIBLE", yet those promises were repeatedly delayed or not honored as initially stated.
During this process, I contacted Copa Airlines directly to verify my booking or the refund process (with the suspicious "booking number" kiss and fly provided... AND GUESS WHAT... The airline informed me that no active ticket, reservation, or refund process appeared in their system, which understandably raised serious concerns and distrust. The entire situation became increasingly confusing, inconsistent, and frankly very bizarre, making it difficult to understand where my money was, who was actually handling the booking, or what was truly happening behind the scenes.
After countless emails, calls, formal complaints, and public reviews, more than a month later the refund was eventually processed; but only after more than a month of disputes, stress, and unnecessary effort on my part. This experience was exhausting, degrading, and deeply frustrating, especially given the lack of transparency and the constant shifting explanations. No customer should have to go through this level of effort, uncertainty, and exhaustion to recover their own funds
For these reasons, I do not recommend this platform under any circumstances. The process showed poor customer service, excessive delays, unfulfilled promises, and a level of opacity that makes it very hard to trust. This entire experience reflects serious misrepresentation, abusive practices, and a complete lack of accountability toward customers, especially in vulnerable medical situations.While the refund was ultimately completed, it required far more time, pressure, and persistence than ANY CUSTOMER SHOULD NEVER EVER HAVE TO LIVE WHAT I LIVED. WHAT A HORRIBLE NIGHTMARE AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Decided to refuse all my cards and then changed the price after my third time trying gave it an extra 100 dollars in just 2 minutes of trying to get these tickets payed for. Don't use this stupid website because they'll make you think you're paying for a cheaper flight but really they are adding on their commision after you've tried hard enough to get it done. they want to frustrate you so that oyu end up paying their higher price that they try to make you think you discounted

maybe the best costumer service I ever had, they sent a whatsapp just after I booked.
And I just talked with a person called Hrytsan Nataliia, and he was so helpful.
I couldn’t find where to add baggage, so he helped me and sent me a email I had to pay.
Maybe the fastest help I ever got with costumer service.

Complete scam. The tickets were a bit cheaper than the airline directly. I purchased them at different currency than the card and received confirmation that it was all done. 3 hours later I got in email saying sorry it was not possibly to issue the tickets - the fare has changed. Here is your refund (at a different exchange rate) and of course 24 hours later (still waiting). Kayak should not allow these ridiculous resellers to advertise and we shouldn’t be morons falling for the idea that it will be cheaper than directly from the airline. I will now be buying new tickets probably at even higher price.

I booked two tickets on December 30th. I received the booking information on January 1st but I had some issues with the information. However, the customer service was really excellent through WhatsApp with Mariia Podvadtsiatnyk even it was january 1st she answered fast. I highly recommend this agency.
