Beware!

This company does not care about you AT ALL. After only 10 days late, they delete your whole plan, give you no access to backups, and then take HOURS to restore service. The billing team is IMPOSSIBLE to reach. You have to send an email and then wait a day or more to hear a response.

They also connect users to notify them of billing-related issues and failed payments in the system. Terminating an account is always a last resort and preceded by attempts from our team to connect with the client.

Our system keeps backups for 14 days for any closed or cancelled accounts, and our Technical Support Team is available to help restore them.

I'm a Founder/CEO and Kinsta is INSANLY AWESOME

You know, I am the Founder and CEO of a couple tech startups, and I've hosted many company sites through various WordPress hosting sites for years. I finally landed on Kinsta a few years back and will NEVER switch. Ever.

Why? The support quickness and resolution they provide is INSANELY good. I still can't believe it. I wish my own support team was like like them.

I actually use Kinsta as an example with my Chief Operating Officer to showcase what REALLY SPECTACULAR SUPPORT LOOKS LIKE.

Kinsta is always there for me when I screw up

Kinsta is always available when I screw up, has a better availability than my own platform and always know how to help and get things fixed in no-time.
Their selfservice tools are top notch and exactly what you need to do 99% of the things yourself.
Their support engineers are skilled and friendly and know how to cater the absolute beginner (my team members) and people with more experience (== what my team members say about me).

It's a pleasure working together with such a skilled and qualified team that never lets you down when you break your own sites.
