Great service,Stress free form completion, excellent communication would recomend to everyone

The lady i spoke to was very helpful, I did get awarded AA after being turned down when I filled the forms in myself. It would be good if they would give you a copy of the form they fill in, so when the award needs to be assessed again you can fill in a new application. Without having to pay another £414. Although I am grateful for the work they did for me.

The people I spoke to were very helpful, the one who did the first survey was very nice, and he told me the person who would fill in my form would ring in a couple of days. The lady who filled in my form was so nice and understanding, she got me to open up to some very embarrassing symptoms, and was not in a hurry, it took as long as it took. To my surprise I was awarded Attendance Allowance at the higher amount. I don’t think I would have got it on my own. I am so pleased and cannot rate Kinly too highly. The two people who I’ve spoken to since I have been awarded the Allowance were both very nice and helpful. Top marks to them.

Kinly are absolutely amazing they help you with your application they go through everything that's needed to fill in the forms all done over the phone within an hour or so had a couple of phone calls from them because I missed there call no problem for them what so ever,the staff are all lovely people so helpful friendly and very experienced at what they do because of kinly we had a successful application that was down to there help I highly recommend them if you need help with the forms etc.
