All the rings I've gotten have stayed in great condition and I plan to continue to shop at King Will for my rings.

The one of the rings received does not fit and the other is not wanted. Not able to get in contact with the company to initiate the return and refund to select another set of rings. Very frustrating may use another company.

Excellent product, excellent service! I accidentally ordered the wrong size and I contacted King Will. They definitely stand behind their word! I was given instructions on how to mail the wrong sized ring back for free and received my new ring very promptly in the correct size that I should have ordered in the first place. All for free. Customer service was amazing to me! I will definitely do business with King Will again!!

Sent incorrect ring and said it was the one I ordered even though it was clearly not the same ring. I ordered a stepped edge ring. I received a beveled edge ring. Bad company. They just stopped responding. Said it's what I ordered. That the stepped edge is in the inside. Edge means the edge. Not the center. Hope you get what u order. Cause u might get something different and be stuck with it. Very disappointed.
