I was sold a used key
I was sold a used key. I tried contacting customer support to remedy this issue. I provided all required screenshots, such as key activation history and the error message showing that the key had been activated; however, in response, they wanted me to contact Steam and ask them when the key had been activated... Seems like they want to continuously provide them with proof after proof in hopes that you just give up. Do not use them. I will not be in the future.

Bought battlefield 6 gift, it didn't arrive
bought battlefield 6 gift, they said it would be delivered up to 12 hours, and didn't get it. Now I have to wait for support to reply to my ticket. Everything takes time and not instant, so annoying.
UPDATE 1: Just received a refund for this, bought from another merchant, waited more than 12 hours and the same thing happened, I didn't get the gift, I'm starting to think this is a scam
UPDATE 2: The 2nd gift was refunded also, to my PayPal account, but it's still frustrating going through all of this without getting the game. At least the support did it's job.
