Incredible buying experience, and just as important - the post purchase support was equally as good. Arno (the owner) and the King of the Watts team were fantastic with the purchase of a 'dream bike' build. While things didn't go exactly as planned due to a manufacturer packaging mistake - Arno sprang into action. He personally called me as soon as he got my message with an apology and next steps.

Having purchased many bikes and frames numerous online retailers over the years, I can say without hesitation - that Arno/King of the Watts has been the most thorough and supportive.

The order confirmation came through very quickly and level of communication and customer service I experienced every step of the way was top notch. It askari helped that Arno was very knowledgeable and was able to answer technical questions for me that i couldn't get from the manufacture. I was looking for a THM Clavicula for several weeks, stock being empty everywhere. With some luck, ended up on KingOfTheWatts' website and two of the crank specs I needed were available. Starting to doubt on the website since very recent, but after a few contacts with the owner and the reassurance that they were listed on THM and Colnago's website as official trader, I gave it a go.
