My vehicle was involved in a hit and run by a local business doing a delivery to my apartment complex. The business tried to cover things up and even gave false and deceitful statements to law enforcement. Luckily there were two witnesses who phoned the police and the delivery guys were caught. I have had a really hard time dealing with their insurance company. They made one offer and threatened me that if I did not accept within 4 days (this was a Friday and they wanted an answer before Tuesday) they would terminate my rental. They already knew I am a disabled American who needed a safe and reliable vehicle to get to doctors appointments, physical rehabilitation, and classes since I am a student. Since I was not in my parked vehicle when it was hit there was no injury, so most law offices stopped the conversation there explaining that they could not take my case and would wish me luck. Michael Shemtoub was completely professional when speaking with me about the incident. I told him upfront that I was not injured in the accident and he continued to listen and provide advice even though he would not be able to take my case. Michael even went so far as to email me the forms I would need for small claims. In the future I would not hesitate to use his services based on this experience.

This is what a Union consultation benefit should be. They went beyond just addressing my issue, and generated the paperwork I would have to file with the court. They also offered a call back if additional questions came up.
