Their social media guy is a putz. Afraid of a lecture on the church and its crimes. Got butthurt because i compared the chtistians to the gay community. Started to verbally attack me. Hid in a tortise shell when called out.

Never received my item. Called. emailed multiple times. Nothing. Don’t bother with these guys. Shady as they come. Thanks for nothing. “Thanks for supporting our second amendment rights” Shameful to be honest.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered a product in November 2020. It is nearly March 2021. I have not recieved it. Horrible customer service - I emailed, messaged on Instagram, called, on a DAILY BASIS and no response. Absolutely disgusting. Do NOT SUPPORT THIS SHADY COMPANY

I paid for a vest on 10/4/20 and still haven’t received the item. No costumer service, emailed them 3 times, no one gets back to me. TOTAL RIP OFF!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a vest 6 weeks ago and have not received it yet. The lack of customer service is rediculous. I wish I had seen these reviews before I ordered. Save yourself the aggrevation and some money. Very disappointed with CDH.

This company is a rip-off. Stay away. They will steal your money and their customer service doesnt give a cr*p about their customers. Stay clear or this so calleed business!

I ordered a scaf, I thought that would be safe enough. Boy was I wrong. The item has not been received. I contacted CDH about where my item was and was told it can take up to 4 months, shipping from China. This should be on the order page so a customer can make an informed decision. Awful company.

Patriots, Saddened to see all the one star reviews. If it was not for a patient wife , which most of you have , I to could have given C.D.H's a one star also. She would bring down my blood pressure by reminding me of the turmoil going on in our country at this present time. If you haven't noticed , everyone and their fur missile are buying Guns,Ammo and Protective Gear just in case an uprising is coming after the election. Remember Folks, Two sides to every story. Not knowing, but I feel C.D.H's are overwhelmed with orders, not to mention a staff shortage due to covid-19. Be patient, the management and staff are doing their best in these times and the best may not be good enough for some of us. I received my order almost 3 weeks after I placed it. ARMY QUALITY.

This guy is a dishonest POS. Do yourself a favor and buy your products somewhere else.

In a word "DON'T". Lost item in China, no followup, doesn't reply to email inquiries. Charge dispute filed, no reply to that either so far.

Do not order from these people. Been 3 months and still no vest. Wont znswer emails so i e contacted a lawyer and its gonna cost me but im taking them to court.

We ordered a vest back in March they charged my credit card April 25 for $64.78 I have emailed, sent text messages with no response.
We got a email with order number and tracting number when I go in and put this information in it comes up order is in transit May 3 well this is now June 11 and we have not received a package. I think it is time to get the Better Business Bureau involved this company is a big racket if you ask me and will NEVER order from them again.

I ordered 2 coats only got one and it was the wrong size. They never shipped the other coat. Even had the post office track it to when it was put in the system. Sent 4 emails and get the same ridiculous message back. Sent them a message on messenger and got the same ridiculous answer back. I wouldn't order anything from them again! Worthless company and can't even treat people right when they spend there hard earned money !

I am giving 1 star only because I have to. Ordered a vest on April 15, 2020 and received an email on April 16, 2020 with a tracking number saying the vest had been shipped. The tracking number only states that the shipping information was sent to FedEx. Well four emails and 46 days later, I still have not received the vest. I get the same response every time, "we assure you the vest is on its way. Due to Covid, shipping time are slow." What a crock!! I did receive a survey email from them asking how I liked the vest!!! Does this count??!!

They are a front company for organized crime, most likely Russian. Their over the top claim to give all profits to second amendment causes is an attempt to bait people into trusting them through patriotism. Anyone giving a moment's thought to this idea would understand that you can't run a company and do that. And when cornered, they continue to try and dissuade you by repeating this policy over and over.
And if you have ever had experience with a legitimate company responding to a service issue, you would realize that they do not know how to properly do this. They make excuse after excuse that is beyond the realm of reason. In my case it was "FedEx has had it for three weeks, but are swamped from Covid 19"
I pointed out that FedEx had delivered numerous items to my home that were ordered weeks after the item placed with them. They're response was insulting and sounded like it was written by an angry 12 year old...or a foreign national unfamiliar with a proper response to a population with our average level of education. They are not American.
They are the same people that operate Wish Company, the Chinese outlet people selling products for pennies on the dollar, and the bogus group selling name brand clothes for 85% off normal prices.
They are a totally foreign bullsh#t operation trying to pass themselves off as legitimate American Patriots.

same issue on the item i ordered being delivered to another state. It took about a month for them to actually ship it. It was delivered to Wadena, IA. i checked my order just to make sure i put in the correct shipping address. i sure did. TX is a long way from IA. sent email with order number and let them know it was delivered to wrong state and not to me. All i have gotten back is the standard auto response. it said to give the 48hrs to respond. and its been over 2 weeks. do not buy from this company. its a scam.

They are a company that is a nonprofit and support the 2nd amendment, that’s awesome in my case I had received two packs in the wrong camo and yes it took alittle bit of time to get a response but they did get back to me and with the delay gave me the two in the correct camo and I got to keep one of the wrong camo packs as well they are a smaller company taking in a lot of orders especially with the pandemic delay many company’s are having hardships they need slack, there company does mean well and treated me very fair I would buy from them again.

Absolutely NO RESPONSE TO ANY EMAILs....except one, (in which I asked them to cancel an order which had not shipped.)
Funny part? It didn't ship for over a week after my request. I wouldn't be so upset, but I was lied to!
Doesn't matter; I understand why they have "COLD. DEAD. HANDS."

I would give it less than one star if I could. Placed the order over a month ago. Still no product. Not really happy with the attitude of the owner either. Emails are rude and condescending. I would not recommend doing business with them if you ever expect to get your order filled or the money returned.

I would not give any stars if app let me. Never got package. Email stating package was delivered showed delivered to Bethesda, MD. Shipping address was Florida. No number to call. Can only contact by email. I've been waiting two weeks for response. This company is a disgrace. DO NOT USE. I should have researched first. Never order from cowards who only allow contact by email.
