Lovely quality towels and very nice people to deal with. They made a mistake with my order and sorted it out immediately and sent me the whole order again free of charge.

Incomplete order since last summer. After months of chasing, a the corporation manager Hector J Gaule , promised on the 26 of November 2025 to send the remaining order of a total around 500€—never happened. No delivery, no follow-up, no response.
Terrible customer service in France ( 0 respect , , rude, should to the customers by the phone)and zero accountability from management.
Please do not use this company, it is a scam.

We are sorry that you felt the need to write this review. Packages were delivered to the address by our own transport, we verified and checked the contents before being delivered. A shortage of some towels was reported more than 2 months later, and no company would rectify this situation after such a period had passed. Although we would be keen to review this situation, shortages on the contents would have to be reported within a 30 day period.

I ordered these 4 items on the third of…
after a small issue with the couriers, it was resolved completely by King of Cotton, and i am now one very satisfied customer, thank you to Claudia Rodrigues for her prompt action

Good quality in general
Good quality in general but just a problem with the stitching at the side of the opening. While I was putting the duvet in the cover the stitching came apart. I had to sew it quickly before the clients arrived.I have a photo but there was no possibility of posting an image on this review.

Disappointed
Duvet cover had an unusual terrible musty smell when I opened the package. It took 2 washes to clear the smell before it could be used.

I ordered on 19th May
I ordered on 19th May. The product was despatched from Portugal on 20th May. It arrived on 2nd June. In that time the delivery address had been lost and we had to spend substantial time chasing Chronopost who promised delivery on 31st May but then dropped it at a local pick up point because the address was “unknown” despite many other deliveries by them to us. Chronopost/DPD are damaging the business of King of Cotton who should not use them.
