Absolutely the worst customer service. They have clearly purchased their reviews. I’ve been trying for two days to get help and no response. They just say we will get back to you.
We bought the tree several years ago. Now the same tree is $1999. The tree lasted 6 years without any problems and was a beautiful tree. Now the lights in the top section have gone out and cannot be fixed, well they probably could be but won’t because customer service role in the problem “it’s out of warranty”. Flocked tree WILL turn brown or “smoker yellow”. The top section (section E) has gone out and now we have a half lit tree. For $2000 to last 5 years is unacceptable. Do better. Your products are beautiful, yet the quality you talk about for the service you deliver is absolute 💩.
BUYER BEWARE!!! The worst customer service on the plane!!!!! Cant get anyone on the phone and had to dispute with my credit card company. Bought online and tried to exchange minutes after to no avail. They would rather have a return??No wonder they would rather have a return, they charge $500 to return the purchase. Click on any contact info on their site, it will get you nowhere and a message back "no-reply from this email address" What..... its the link they send you to. I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW AND EVERY WEBSITE ABOUT THIS.

The business plan for King of Christmas is “ one time sale with no integrity.” Do NOT buy anything from them! They are crooks, liars, and thieves! The pictures look beautiful but the product is pure garbage. Some companies pay people to write 5 star reviews for a living! TRUE
King of Christmas customer service is a joke and once you buy they will NOT REFUND your money NO MATTER WHAT!

The Cypress Spruce is STUNNING!!! Its full, luscious branches are breathtaking. Besides the realism, it’s so easy to set up and store. They even gave us a complimentary storage bag. It’s going to be my favorite centerpiece every season.
This Christmas tree is awesome!!! It looks so real, and setting it up was a breeze. The lights are perfectly spaced and give off a cozy vibe. Can’t wait to have this tree for seasons to come :)
A Genuine beauty of nature. I ordered the 7ft Noble Fir. Stunning! The sparse silhouette of Each branch truly captures the essence of a real tree. The power pole technology makes set up easy. Warm glow of multiple lights on each branch is so festive and beautiful. Customer service helped me with great attention and responded to all my queries quickly. I highly recommend King of Christmas trees.

We bought a $400 small tree, the remote for lights also controlled my TV, then the bottom portion of tree doesn't light up properly. Sent videos and pictures, the only thing they can do is send lights to add to the tree. The customer service is absolutely horrible, the hoops they make you jump through are ridiculous. I'm not asking for anything for free, just want to get what we paid for, a working tree. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a 6ft. Flocked tree. For the money I hoped it wasn’t made in China, wishful thinking. Started to put it together and the parts were mislabeled. Ok no big deal. The branches were really compressed. It was if the tree was flocked and then packed while still wet. I had to change my clothes twice because the flocking was sticking to me. I must have sneezed 30 times during assembly because of the flocking dust. Once it shaped it was not a full as shown in the pictures. The amount of flocking that came off the tree created a terrible mess and everything with in a 15 foot radius was covered with dust. I had to buy more ornaments and filler to fill in the bare spots. I should have packed it up and sent it back. I wrote a review on their page and two days later I received an email saying customer service would contact me. Of course they haven’t and they did not post my review. I should have bought the 10 foot tree from Hobby Lobby for $50 less. This product is overpriced crap! P.s. I even included pictures on my review to them.
Purchased a tree a year ago. Yes, customer service told me, still under warranty. I barely was able to accomplish the troubleshooting. I’m partially disabled and use a cane and walker. Sent them requested photos. They determined the center pole was the problem. BEFore they would send a replacement, I had to donate the tree, and a receipt on letterhead and send it to them. I called and explained my disability and they told me to get a neighbor to bring it out to the garage and call somewhere to pick it up. Then I send the receipt and would get a replacement tree. Took off the top and almost fell. Asked where this information is located in their warranty and they said there are a lot of different documents. Buyer beware. Buy a tree from anywhere else. Furthermore, why do they feel nonprofits and charities want people to have broken trees? Do marginalized people deserve a broken tree? So annoyed and they have been so profit over people. If I wait for a donation truck to pick it up, it would be January.
I ordered a set from the same collection (wreath, garland, and small tree) and all three had different shades of lighting and did not match at all - looked so bad at night to the point where my mother thought I bought them from all different places! No one could tell me why the lights were different, except that they “switch manufacturers all the time” and that they would waive a returns fee, as if this was so generous. I asked if I could reorder them to see if maybe the new batch would match one another and they said they wouldn’t honor the same price I previously paid (it was only $8 difference). 52, yes 52 minutes later the manager finally decided they would honor the $8 price difference and waive the returns fee, although they kept telling me over and over that it’s not their responsibility if I don’t like the hue of the lights, completely neglecting the fact that it wasn’t about me not liking them, it was about them not matching! I was going to order a $1200 tree from them next year to match the set and I will not be buying from them again. Hands down worst customer service I’ve received in a long time.
