Excellent delivery service from Steve and Rhys, who did an amazing job delivering our new King living sofa. Steve was particularly outstanding—friendly, helpful and professional. He carefully set everything up and even helped us move our old sofa, which was greatly appreciated.
One piece of the sofa was missing, but Steve took ownership of the issue and promised to get it sorted. A genuinely five-star service. Thank you both!

Rhys and Steve are a great team, punctual, kept me informed, took their shoes off, assembled everything in no time and showed how it all works, and took all the rubbish away. Very super polite and friendly. A pleasure to deal with! I’m very happy with my furniture and the delivery service.

Steve & Rhys have completed a…
Steve & Rhys have completed a replacement headboard & under bed storage trays today after we have had many problems. Unfortunately the new headboard has defects and still our issues remain UNSOLVED
They have attended twice and both times been very helpful courteous and understanding.
I appreciated there excellent customer service and sensitivity dealing with customers who have already had issues .

So frustrating we waited for the delivery to our new house and when the delivery was done we where short of 1,delta 3 back long beach UK linen 2, pocket accessory charge table american walnut , the drivers steve and rhys where very professional and helpful we called head office and expect this to be delivered and fitted ASAP please ken mobey

Lack of communication & deliver of goods!
So far, it’s been awful. It is now 3 weeks and 2 days since we ordered and paid for in full for a sofa that was advertised and in stock for a 1-3 week delivery!!!! I’ve followed up by email with customer service and crickets, no response to my last two emails at all! Customer service has been shocking, so disappointed as we’re now living back in the UK, have had King Living sofas whilst living in Sydney and felt some kind of loyalty. Very disappointing……where are our sofas?!?!? We even got an email (automated obviously!) 4 days ago asking us to rate our delivery experience……..NOTHING has been delivered yet!
17 Aug: it goes from bad to worse! After having no luck with “customer service” I phoned one of the showrooms in London (TCR) and spoke to Dylan the manager. He was very helpful and assured me that he would follow up and action. He did and we were then contacted by generic customer service to say the goods were being picked up in the warehouse in England shipped to Scotland to then be delivered to us this week by Executive Home Delivery. It seemed there was an end in sight……but today, we had two arm pieces delivered by Interparcel and NOTHING else!!!! Beyond a joke and an absolute shambles……for what it’s worth, our order details are: ONU26070061

I just had a sofa and a side table…
I just had a sofa and a side table delivered and built by Steve and Rhys. They were brilliant. They were very fast professional. They managed to carry the sofa up to the second floor and build in less than 40 minutes. Also, Rhys took a lot of care not to scratch the wood floors or walls. Perfect service!

Stumbled across King Living while looking for a new sofa, and went in to store to check them out. Sonya, the design consultant, gracefully walked me through all the suitable options and helped me place an order for the beautiful 1977 sofa. The best part - the sofa was delivered in 3 days!
