Outstanding customer service from purchase to final delivery! Vaishnavi the design consultant was super patient, communicative, and helpful while we made our choices. On the delivery side, Steve and his team were top-notch, they texted the day before, called ahead with an accurate ETA, and answered all our questions. Flawless service all around.

5 star service for King Living, both for the showroom assistance and for the access check and delivery service. Steve and Rhys who helped with my access check and delivery and set-up of my new sofa bed were great, very kind and efficient, and Steve in particular was very enthusiastic and positive in every interaction. Great sofa and shopping experience
We had a great shopping experience when visiting the store on Tottenham Court Rd. The assistant was very patient and showed us dozens of sofa options and fabric samples. We chose a lovely yellow 3 seater sofa which arrived a couple weeks early. Sofa was delivered by Steve and Rhys who were very friendly and got the sofa assembled quickly. Very happy with our experience.
