The Kinetic team have been fantastic with the sale of both my property (which was a grade I listed cottage) and my partners. Very helpful and friendly estate agents. Chased information for me when no one else would and efficient in all communication including quick, informative replies.

We put our property up with kinetic and sold within two weeks and completed within ten weeks, the whole process from start to finish was professional, smooth and efficient. Matt explained the whole process well and took some fantastic pictures the sales communication was great, in fact all communication with Matt Chloe and jo was exceptional. This was a fantastic experience from a small estate agent, I would highly recommend.

I couldn't fault the service I received from Kinetic when selling my property. Nina initially provided me with the best valuation of all the estate agents I had come to value my property. Excellent marketing and photography from Matt which meant the property sold within 3 days of it going live. Jo was fantastic and kept me constantly updated on how things were progressing and went the extra mile chasing solicitors for updates. The communication was fantastic throughout, and the team were always happy to help. Brilliant estate agent and would highly recommend for anyone looking to sell their property!
