I didn't get an invoice showing the…
I didn't get an invoice showing the Australian cost of upfront program, i asked the coach in person after signing the contract but was referred to email. my bank statement was first time I saw full amount, i thought it was NZ dollars but it was US, so dould the price I thought i was paying. Advertising was confusing. I have not had the time to view all training modules in the student dashboard and the only weekly zoom webinar are 9amNZ time, unfortunately that is 5am Perth West Aus time.
I will review this if I cannot get access to all parts of program promoted.

Not upfront about the real costs
I think this program has a lot of information and can be helpful in getting someone started with kindle publishing. There are a couple things I have found frustrating. After paying for the program, they do a hard sell on getting you to invest even more money in a mentoring program. It's a huge turnoff. As you start watching the videos, you find out that there are a lot of costs associated with getting a book published and I think all of that should have been disclosed before purchasing the program.

I've done a fair amount of online…
I've done a fair amount of online income streams before, and this has been a very good one from the start. There's hype, of course, but they tell you the way it is. There is work involved. It's not easy money, but the program itself, along with the coaches, videos, weekly calls, support, etc, has been quite the surprise. Plugging along, one will be able to add to their income stream for the long term in just a couple of years. I have a passion books to publish as well as other ideas to publish, and this is the platform that will help me maximize my efforts.

I did have a little difficulty confirming my identity, and felt at the time it was because my I.D. Documents were British. We got there after 3 attempts.

Great content that deserved the effort to apply it!
A huge volume of content which I can see will be very useful when I have gone through it, absorbed it, and applied it. I like the honesty and granularity in the content. I considered the VIP coaching but it would have stretched my short to medium term budget and I really disliked the reluctance to share the investment needed - felt like I was trying to be sold a used car! I like, the Tue and Wed evening (UK) sessions but see that they expire for us as a cohort. Can they be extended? I'm still optimistic and know that success is now down to me.

I've found the course content to date relevant and easy to follow. I had an issue setting up my KDP Amazon Account and the support team were great, with a quick response and helpful tips. I've also found the weekly Q&A and Coaching sessions to be a great learning experience

I am a beginner but I feel the love and support of KPI training every day.
I am in the middle of KPI training and I haven't published a book yet, but I love the trainers and the training materials and the support I am getting. I love the KDP business model that is taught. All of this makes me know that I can do it as I march forward one day at a time. I'll write another review when I publish my first e-book!

The KPI program is very supportive
The KPI program is very supportive. The course is self-paced and takes you step-by-step through the training. There is quite a steep learning curve if you have not been involved in publishing. But there are lots of tools and videos to assist us. I am also involved in the KDP program. I kind of wish that I had been involved in the KPI program for longer before I committed to KDP. It is a big financial commitment for me. I felt quite overwhelmed but that is resolving now.
The coaching is super helpful. The staff are patient and supportive of the initial struggle of some of us to get a good understanding.
Be sure to attend all the KPI workshops being offered because the information is very useful and clarifies so much. Even though its group based all of the answers to others student's questions have been very useful to me.
Be aware that there are other tools and investments that are recommended to get your book published. These are optional for the most part and you can choose to do the work yourself. You will need to make some further investment to get your book published.
