A good experience
Having placed an order before I read the reviews on here which worried me a little, I thought I would come on and write a review. I ordered a cot and mattress and despite not receiving a confirmation email, I received a despatch email promptly followed by my parcel arriving the following day, within a few days of ordering. Item itself arrived in good condition, my only complaint would be that some of the cot spindles weren't fully painted, but this doesn't bother me but it may bother some people. All in all, a good experience and would definitely order from them again.

Avoid this company
Long delay on delivery, then delivered with incorrect part to build the stand. On emailing to ask about the wrong part there was no response. We had to call the customer service line where they told us the emails has just gone to spam and no one checked for this. After this they promised the replacement had been dispatched on 24 hour service - we didn’t get it so phoned again (very expensive phone call) and they said it hadn’t been sent after all. Eventually they sent an email asking me to confirm the order again! I confirmed and they promised to send it - it has not appeared so we had to buy another Moses basket stand from elsewhere so we had something for the baby to sleep in. They eventually offered an offensively low partial refund which did not meet the cost of buying a new stand plus phone calls to their charged number.
Would not deal with this company again - avoid if at all possible!!

Unfortunately, as the order was bought under a different name, our customer service department need to confirm some details for security reasons before moving forward with a solution.
We always give our customers a range of solutions to rectify the situation and in this case a partial refund was chosen. Due to the order being part of one of our bundles, the maximum amount for the stand was offered.
We appreciate this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, however we have worked with you to find the best resolution possible.

There was no dispatch email to let you know what day your item would be delivered. It also took 2 weeks for delivery. Other than that items received were beautiful, great quality and exactly what I was looking for.

I ordered a replacement Kinder Valley…
I ordered a replacement Kinder Valley Moses basket mattress on 27th December. Even though there were bank holidays between then and the new year the delivery never arrived. Customer service was somewhat responsive, however, despite sending a 'new one' for next day delivery by dpd, according to the tracking system their parcel was never given to the couriers in the first place. Essentially, the order never arrived. I am still awaiting a full refund. Thankfully the baby did not arrive while waiting for almost 3.5 weeks.

Toddler bed - overall a great product
Great product took slightly longer than I expected to be delivered but came well packed and easy to assemble. One recommendation if you could say what tog the duvet is that would help. Overall very good

I purchased 2 complete bed sets for my twin granddaughters when they visit. Really happy with the beds and with the purchasing process. The price was good and a great idea to supply complete sets.

No communication at all and when I chased the order I received no response. When the order finally arrived it is very cheap looking and looks nothing like the pictures. Glad I got it at sale price as would have wanted a refund if it was full price.

Do not buy from this company
Do not buy from this company. Very poor service. Recieved out moses basket (which was delivered late) with an incorrect part. Contacted Kinder Valley and they have been incredible slow getting the part out during this stressful time. Called the number on their 'Contact Us' receipt where it does not state anything about it not being a free phone number, we have now used ££'s trying to contact them and it is still not resolved.

Having ordered a Moses basket on the 26th December recieving confirmation of the Moses basket order has been placed I have heard nothing more. I have sent two emails to the email address asking about it and feel there is a significant lack of customer communications. Wish I had read the reviews sooner as I would not have placed an order!!
