I have been trying to order goods from you but it is impossible and not for the first time. I have had to use other products lately. You dont reconise my email or password but if i try to register you tell me my email is registered so I am of to shop elsewhere again

After years of satisfactory products…
After years of satisfactory products and service, the new larger batteries fail to charge after a month or 2 and the chamber for the fluid leaks, even when brand new.
Customer service is rubbish, the product is clearly defective but they are not prepared to address that.
Very disappointed ex customer.

I have looked at the correspondence received and I can see that this item is 9 months old and has worked fine up until this point.
Unfortunately, all batteries when used for a prolonged period of time will start to deteriorate and eventually stop working.
We do need to take into account unit cost and life span to determine if this is fair amount of time for the money.
We have offered a goodwill gesture towards your next device which you have refused.
