Very quick dispatches and delivery
Once ordered, the dispatch and delivery is very quick usually arrives within two days and that's using the free delivery option. One small criticism is it's not so straightforward to redeem your rewards you may have earned.

Faulty Lid made right 😁
I had a problem with a faulty lid so when I tried to top my vape up the whole thing fell off wasting nearly all my liquid. I emailed customer services and explained the problem, I received a prompt response an apology and a discount code to compensate. I always use Kik E Liquids as they offer a very good service with competitive prices. Really happy customer.

Not able to try the liquids yet….
Quite a long time between order and delivery so, unfortunately I won’t get my purchase until I return to the UK in December as I’d left before it arrived. I’m sure the liquids will be fine as they were recommended to me by a fellow vaper.

Rip-off company. Order not received and my emails have been ignored. AVOID.
My order has not been received. I received an email confirming the order over a week ago and then nothing.
All my email queries have been ignored. I have been ripped off. There are much better liquids and companies to buy from. I suggest you look elsewhere and don't risk losing your money.
