I don’t recommend this store. They only reply the customers…shipment delays, due to retailer delays…is it the consumer need to concern about ? this is customer’s fault ? and why no one answer the phone calls ? it seems abnormal for any kind of business. i have visited your shop and drop me number but you didn’t call back.

Amazing shop always a great service regardless of if I order online or head over to the store, if they haven't got it they will always endeavour to get it, and prices are the best around so glad it's only a 30min drive from home

Fast delivery and nice packing

Product boxes arrived damaged but the outer shipping box was intact; this leads me to believe that the packaging for both model kits had been damaged before being sent to me, disappointing for a specialist retailer.

No packing material was included within the package, annoying considering the £4.99 postage rate.

When I raised this complaint with customer service the blame was pinned on royal mail.
I followed up by sending the customer service representative pictures of the damaged product boxes alongside the intact shipment box and have had no response since.

I've left ample time for response with Kidultverse's last correspondence to me being on the 26th of April.

My order came very quick with good communication. Very happy with the product itself. Box fresh and packaged very well to avoid damage as it was a collectors item. Will use this company again.

Paid for next day delivery, 4 days later still not arrived. I expect better. It’s also incredibly unorthodox to ask for a TIP at checkout, this is the UK, we don’t play that way. Do better

Great range at great prices with ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT service. I forgot an item and emailed them. They replied in minutes with a link to pay for the extra item but with NO extra P&P. The whole order was despatched same day, in a bullet proof box, and arrived super fast, in perfect condition.

They have the best prices for Gundams and the only place to have large stock of the Bandai grand ship collection!

I am so happy to finally have Break Time Yor Forger on stool to go with my Loid and Anya figurines. It is really hard to find in other retailers with a waiting list. I was so happy to find it in stock at Kidultverse.
Deliver was nice and fast, all nicely packed in and they included a cup mat (?) Which was so cute!

Bought a large Gundam and a couple of smaller ones, the prices were great and the delivery was free and really fast. Highly recommended and new first go to place for Gundam.

Good price on products, but I wish I had more delivery options as paying recorded for 1 item seems a bit much and I don't always want to spend over free shipping limit.

Collecting gundam now for about six months and avoided from Kidultverse a couple of times now and every order has turned up first class condition and prompt time couldn't be happier.
