Great website that was easy to use and lots on offer other than just Gundam kits. I've been ordering from Union Gundam for myself and younger family members and been over the moon everytime.

A well designed web store, very easy to see the wide choice of gunpla models and accessories. Reasonably priced, always despatched and received quickly sometimes with a thank you note in the parcel which is a nice touch. A stress free online shopping experience.

First time I have used Union Gundam and I have placed a few orders in the same month and the communication with the store has been great.
Everything has been well packaged and arrived in good time.
I really like how you can place and order and if you forget something just place another order for it to be packed with your first order.
More stores need to do that it's so useful.
The flexible payment options are also great for those big orders you don't want to drop a huge bag on right away.

My favorite gunpla shop, good range, very good prices, little freebies and notes and generally just a nice experience all around.

Their website is one of the nicer put together in general for browsing, with useful catagories. They also have some nice guides on buying gunpla for yourself or for others, and christmas guides too.
They also offer some spare parts for kits, which can be very hand when parts break or disappear into the ether.

I Ordered a Narrative C-Packs from Union for possibly the lowest price I've seen it anywhere. It was in-hand within two days in perfect condition and now sits squarely atop my backlog ready to be built across the christmas period.
I also received a lovely note from Louise thanking me for my first order. Best believe I'll be ordering from them again!

I've purchased items quite a few times now and has always been delivered in a timely manner and well packaged, with a little bonus of a few little stickers in the box.

Great variety of gunpla and other franchises/brands aswell as tools and spare parts for those little mishaps of loosing or braking stuff when building.

Great communication, quick to reply to requests or questions. I would highly recommend browsing the website.

One thing I'd like to see if at all possible is maybe a service where they could source particular models that they don't have through a customer request form and can quote a price and delivery based on what they can find through there network.

Union Gundam is my preferred place to shop for Gunpla kits, and I always look forward to receiving any order from them, from the kit itself to the stickers thrown in, to the really thoughtful and personal handwritten notes in the sales order. It makes every order feel like an event, and that they are as enthused as I am by my choice!

Union Gundam have really helped me out as a relative newcomer to Gunpla. Their customer service is second-to-none whether it's making me feel like I'm part of a community with handwritten thankyou messages and great advice in super-timely responses to my queries. They've also furnished me with a number of great kits at great prices that I wouldn't have known about myself through their Mystery Kit option which I'd very highly recommend. Overall, you can tell the folks at UG are really interested in helping builders on their Gunpla journey, and they're my first stop when I'm looking for something cool to build.

My order arrived even faster than expected

Prices are great and the seller is very responsive. If the kit I wanted is available at their store, I won't hesitate to get it from them. I know that it will be packaged well and the delivery is always quick. I purchased 2 of my Ver Ka kits, 3 EG kits for my wife and some accessories from Union Gundam and will continue to support them.

They have a good stock of kits and are reasonably priced for the UK. At times, probably cheaper than buying from Japan when factoring current shipping costs. Sometimes they'll even put in a nice surprise, they've seen me purchase Gundam Wing and IBO kits and added some stickers from those series. Shipping speeds are decent.
