We regret that the shopping experience at Kidsroom.de is not entirely satisfactory. The shipping time to your country of delivery is approx. two to three weeks with standard shipping (no Exoress). This results from the limited flight capacities due to the worldwide unrest (war in Ukraine). We ask for your understanding for this. A shipment has already arrived that was sent at the same time as the other two.
If I track your packages today, I can see that they are in customs and in delivery. Please be patient for a moment, your packages will be delivered as soon as possible. Nevertheless, we have already initiated package investigations in advance to keep an eye on the shipments.
Maybe you can convince yourself of quality and service in the near future. We would be happy.

The website is easy to use and delivery was OK.but It was not clear thar price doesn't include customs which we knew about at pick up and total cost became more expensive than if we buy locally. We buy many things from amazon Germany and they make clear in the description if there will be customs or not. Wish your website make it more obvious. Thank you.

Worth the wait!
Shipping to the states took a little while, but the items arrived, perfectly, packaged, and ready for play! I wasn’t able to find the specific items I was looking for anywhere else, so I was excited to find them on kids room!

Helpfull support and the best price
Ordered 2 child seats, but you only got a free sensor for one, so i emailed supported and they gave me a second.
Came after 3 weeks, which is fair, it was stated on their homepage.
Was send from Germany to Denmark properly and the price was around 80 euros cheaper pr. seat :)

Carseat delivery to Hong Kong
Quick response and nice price for kidsroom
However, hong kong post do not offer delivery service due to the size of the package, i have to go to the airport to pick up such heavy package! Everything is great except i have to pick up the package myself.
