I’ve received two swim jackets in wrong size and asked for a refund upon the return. But the CS requested me to use the cheapest shipping method to return the goods, which takes at least 3-4 months to deliver and they can only refund after they received and checked the returned goods! And they are NOT willing to explain the calculation of the total refund amount as the return and original shipping cost were involved ( the amount they suggested is far lower than my calculation which used pro-rata method!) plus the after sales staff was RUDE and apparently doesn’t care what their customers feel. I won’t recommend Kidsroom to anyone as they are NOT willing to take up their responsibilities when they made mistake.

First of all, thank you for your review. We are very sorry that you are not satisfied with our service. Of course, we will take care of the return shipment and refund the value of the goods. The only problem is that you have initiated a dispute and the amount requested does not correspond to the refund amount. Due to your initiated conflict, a refund is only possible after the goods have been received back, as PayPal checks the receipt of the return on the basis of the package number and only then releases the amount. Therefore, we ask you for a little patience. Your return will be processed as soon as it has arrived.
To determine the proportional shipping costs, please place the product you would like to keep in the shopping cart and read off the shipping price. Then deduct this exact amount from the shipping costs paid on the invoice. This difference will be returned to you with the value of the goods.
We will contact you as soon as the returned goods have arrived.

Great experience
This is the first time I order from Kidsroom and my first online shopping at a German website. The customer support team provided prompt replies to my queries and concerns. Good products, cheap, great service
I have bought many baby items (food maker, bottles, cycles) and the quality was excellent. Service is prompt and helpful. Prices are much lower than other sites. Shipping to Laos takes some time, though this is due to the national post and with advance planning/order, it is fine. Highly recommended!

Disappointed with the condition of product upon arrival.
I recently ordered CHICCO Baby Hug 4 in 1 and was disappointed with the condition in which it arrived. The packaging was in shambles - the box was torn and the bag was ripped open, as if someone had already opened it before or during it was shipped. The product itself had scratch marks and broken parts. It was obvious that the product had been mishandled during shipping or possibly even before that. I was expecting a brand new, undamaged product, but what I received was a bit far from it.
