Great support. Works well!

Finally a service for growth that you can easily understand how it actually works! It works very well for me. Of course you have to know your target audience first and then you will see the results. If you don’t know your target audience then of course you’ll get the wrong followers.

I also really like the support from Kicksta. They answer very fast and they’re always trying their best to actually help and solve a problem or answer your questions.

Zero Stars - Stay Away from this fraud

Zero Stars if it was possible and that would be to high.
The Promise - “Get Real Instagram Followers Using Our Powerful Growth Tool
No spam, no fake followers, no bots. Just pure organic growth powered by our cutting edge Artificial Intelligence technology.

What you get - 400 fake accounts or bots following you with zero follow backs from the targets you pick for them to target.

Red Flags - they require you Username and Password. Which they use to log in from cell phones in Serbia. These other logs in clearly only do one thing - follow the followers of ONE single target. Usually the largest target (the account with the largest number of followers) which dilutes the system.

Then when I complained I was told - “Our service uses the follow/unfollow method of growing your account so you need to be connected to the dashboard for us to provide you with the service.”

“As I previously mentioned, the followers provided by the Wide Audience Targeting are a bit random, and changing to the Narrow Audience Targeting will fix this issue.

Other than performing follow and unfollow interactions, our platform also offers exposure to your account. As a result, you will appear more frequently in the "suggested" section to new users.

That being said, some of the accounts that you get exposed to, may be fake or inactive accounts. This is nothing to be concerned about, Instagram has these cleanups where they will remove any fake accounts from their system“

The recommendation to change to the Narrow Audience Targeting has a note when you attempt to do this that the guaranteed followers no longer applies.

Which means they promise followers, they promise No spam, but do not deliver no spam followers but then only deliver spam and the setting to prevent spam makes you lose the guaranteed followers each month.

They do not deliver on their promise.

This doesn’t even take into account the numbers of times they blamed me for there not being real followers in past chats.

I was told I should focus on posting high quality content and implying several times I was not posting quality content and that must be the reason for zero followers.
I was also told several time for the first 7 days that the account was in a cool down period.
7 days is the free trial. Weird how that works

They deliver nothing in the first 7 days - “the account is warming up”
They deliver spam follows- “the account is in a cool down, but should be firing up soon”
The log in and make my account follow the max amount allowed before getting stopped from following anymore accounts - but ZERO of those result in a follow back.

Dont waste your money.
You can follow accounts of your target list
You can interact with them and like their stuff that shows up on your feed
Save yourself the money and headache

Also save yourself from giving away your log in credentials and threatening the security of your account. Also that might be a violation of Instagram rules…

I wish there were a way to give this…

I wish there were a way to give this zero stars. I signed up for a trial subscription. I kept receiving, canned AI replies. They say they’re warming up. Things will start happening when all actuality they’re sucking you in. It doesn’t work. I immediately tried to cancel, my subscription and I couldn’t do it online so I had to do it via chat or email which I did both. I didn’t receive anything on the chat I did receive a can response via email. They said they would look into it and get back to me soon as possible. I ended up blocking my card just in case they tried to charge me. A terrible experience.

Worst program ever

Worst program ever! I tried the free trial. It kicks you off your instagram and no where tells you this is normal and when you talk to chat, they keep telling me this is a warm up period but I’ve had this trial for 5 days now and NOTHING has happened. Don’t waste your time with this program! DOES NOT WORK!

SCAM DO NOT TRUST.

Trust me just don’t bother. Once you accept the ‘free trial’ and then you attempt to cancel, you have to put in a ‘request to cancel’? sorry!? What in the world is that? Only to be met back with the same copy and paste BS about offering you 30% off. READ ALL THE REVIEWS THEY’RE TRUE. Be warned!! luckily i signed up with paypal and they let you turn off automated payments. i canceled my card and changed my passwords straight away.

Won’t cancel subscriptions

Terrible.
I started an account for a 7-Day trial period just to see what tools the site used. Quickly, I realised this site was fraudulent and decided I didn’t want to go this route.
I tried cancelling my subscription literally within 30 minutes of making my account, but you’re not allowed to cancel your subscription yourself. You have to email them. You also cannot remove your billing information yourself.

Extremely frightening situation to be in, especially when their prices are £50+ just for a month.

Currently still no resolution, they have emailed me back but just ignored my cancellation request completely going on to tell me things about my account which i already know considering it is MY OWN account.

DO NOT TRUST. DO NOT USE.

Cancellation issue/Bad billing policy

I signed up for a free trial with the company. Their cancellations procedure is via email, and there’s not an option to cancel directly in the account. I decided to cancel the service as I didn’t use it during the trial. But, I was charged as the email was in my outbox and didn’t get sent to the company. I think all that is fair. However, when I asked for a refund, explaining I hadn’t used the service and didn’t plan on using it going forward and requesting a refund for the one month of service. They told me they cannot issue a refund. I find that quite silly because I didn’t use the service and they charged me today. Their billing policy does state this, but it’s not a good practice in my opinion. So, my review is mainly about that interaction with the business. Their service may be awesome, but I dislike this practice and will not work with the company going forward. The person who helped me was polite though and I appreciate that.

I chatted with someone from Kicksta in October 2023 for their service charge. You can see the outcome of that in the above review.

The person on the live chat told me they would cancel my subscription.

The business is charging me again for November. I asked them to cancel this charge as I spoke with Patrick in November regarding a cancellation. But, they said they cannot stop the charge or refund it despite the conversation I had with Patrick. The business practices are quite unfair and I really would not recommend them.

Fraudulent

Fraudulent, they just lead you on while delivering shady / bot accounts. I appreciate it's not within their control to MAKE the accounts you want, follow you, but when 100% of the accounts are fake accounts, it's obviously a useless service. Every response from them was copy and paste, about how building an Instagram following is exponential and that they have 'tweaked' the targeting with their team, it might as well be an auto reply. Complete scam.

If I could give zero I would.
Firstly I didn’t get any growth in the first week or slightly longer..about ten days. When I complained their service didn’t seem to actually do anything, I got bombarded by more than one hundred bots in just over a day.

Instagram kept sending me security alerts also.

Do not give these thieves your money. They are a total scam.

Secondly, their website actually scams you. When you first go on it says you have 6 hours left of the sale period. But that message is the same every time I’ve been on the site

And in response to their reply…the bots only started when I started using their service. Literally one a minute at one point.

I’m now $219 dollars down and they’re refusing to refund me.

During the FREE TRIAL, it simply focuses on interacting with your targets' followers, but whether or not they follow you back is beyond our control because it is still up to them to decide. Although accumulating hundreds of followers after your subscription term begins is rather usual, this is due to the mere fact that many influencers assist us in promoting your account to a larger audience. However, this does not imply that they are fake. These are accounts or people who notice your account and decide to follow you.

We are more than willing to continue providing the service for which you have already paid. If you change your mind, please let us know so that we can help you strategize your targets as well.

BIG SCAM…

**UPDATE: in response to their response below that “one thing they can guarantee is that they don’t guarantee followers”. Yet Interestingly, their very website advertised specifically (verbatim) “2000 GUARANTEED followers per month” with their Ultimate package…yet here they claim that they don’t guarantee such. Case in point—this is why this company is a scam.

I would strongly advise against using the Kicksta app. It's deceptive and fails to deliver the service you paid for. I opted for the premium version over $250 a month, with the promise of gaining at least 2000 new followers monthly. After giving them a two-month chance, I still didn't see the guaranteed 2000 followers. When I contacted their customer service, they claimed it was beyond their control and refused to provide a refund. Moreover, most of the followers they do obtain appear to be derived from fake accounts and bots.

Furthermore, it's quite telling that Kicksta, the app claiming to provide genuine large followings, doesn't even have a substantial following themselves. Their Instagram profile has only about 14,000 followers, which speaks volumes about their capability to help your profile grow. If they can't achieve it for their own account, it's doubtful they can do it for you. Save your money and invest in your own advertising instead of paying for a service that essentially does nothing for your profile.

*EDIT: Sorry I mistyped $250 instead of their $219/month is their ultimate package. Being that I paid $219/month for TWO months of poor results, it is indeed more than $250 cumulatively. Happy to provide proof of receipts and screenshots and interactions that proved how they fail to resolve and acknowledge their advertised “guaranteed 2K/month followers”.

FALSE PROMISES - NOT RECOMMENDED

tried this company twice now since their ads and some reviews seem positive. not great at all. they offer a free trial but nothing happened on my account after the free trial period and when i contacted support they said it would take 30 days. this would also mean that they would charge my account for another 30 day cycle before I could see results? company's terms are deceptive and does not provide service as promised. i would not recommend this company.

UPDATE 9/18/23: Kicksta responded to my email and refunded my money but this was the 2nd time I’ve tried this company and have not gotten any results each time.

Would not refund for 2+ years of inactive service

I noticed I was paying a subscription for 3 years without using the service. I know its my own fault. But still, no one notified me that I was being charged for an inactive service. The username I used had even been changed. I brought it to there attention which led to them block my email address.

Here is the email chain

The user name _____ was changed at least 2 years ago.
I demand a refund. Go back and see when was the last time this account gained any followers and refund from when I stopped gaining followers.
This is a disgrace. I am absolutely shocked that no one brought this to my attention

Again, if you go back to the last time Kicksta was actively being used and you will find it was over 2 years ago.
I got 246 Followers in total from Kicksta, which would indicate that it was active for 5-6 months. So there are at most 6 payments.
40 payments have been made over the past 3 years. I expect refunds for any payments made during months when Kicksta wasn't active on my account.

First of all, we'd like to clarify that Kicksta is not a one-time buy-off service. It is a subscription service and therefore since it is a subscription, your account will be charged on a monthly basis regardless of engagement. Your subscription stops once you cancel it. Please note that you have the option to cancel anytime if you are not satisfied with the service. You may refer to our Billing policy here -- billing---
To be fair, Kicksta never compelled anyone to use our services. We make it available to everyone who wants our assistance in expanding their Instagram account. In line with that, we require your Instagram username and password to obtain required information for the Instagram API. It is your responsibility to update us with any changes you make to your account.

Lastly, when it comes to refunds, it is only eligible when canceled within 14 days from the date of sign-up. However, as a courtesy, we are giving you a refund of the last 3 charges on your account. The refund may take 3-5 days depending on your bank.

If my Instagram account had of been expanding over the past 3 years I wouldn't have minded so much. The problem is that I have handed over at least $1000+ to Kicksta for nothing in return. Nothing was running for the majority of 3 years. It's hard for me to see what my $1000+ got me in return.
I find it extremely disappointing that a company would be happy to make money in such a way. It is also disappointing to consider how long this could have gone on without my knowledge.
Could you at least refund me the rest of the payments made in 2023?

Total Fraud

As soon as I tried to connect my instagram account - they tried to change my password and showed a login from Serbia. When I was doing the online chat - they said that was their proxy server. I tried to immediately cancel my account and remove my credit card. Got a response that you have to wait 24 hours + for the team to remove it. I tried getting the guy on the online chat to remove my card and threaten to report them - just kept saying that it would be deleted and nothing charged since it was during trial period. I notified my bank in case they see anything unusual. But they definitely should not have been trying to change our Instagram password.

Horrible. Does absolutely nothing. Made me pay $129 because they didn't process my cancellation in time. Never ever use this website. I'll change my mind if I get a refund.

There are a lot of factors at play when growing an account, and one of these is having the right list of targets for the system to interact with. In your case, there were only a few in there. 

Also, I'm sorry if we can no longer process a refund. Kicksta makes every effort to make your dashboard as transparent as possible, particularly with regard to the expiration date of your trial subscription, allowing you to cancel it if you decide not to continue using the service.

Useless.. don't waist your money here

I have tried Kicksta 2 times and both have been extremely disappointing.. it DOES NOT work and only creates extra work and stress. They claim to have a 14 day refund policy but they only refund 20% back. There is a personal support system and so I would not say it is a total scam site but they are after your money rather than being focussed on getting the your IG growth.. as said, stay away, not worth it

We appreciate you taking this survey and letting us know how you feel about the service. We're sorry if you were not happy with the service, but as far as I can see, there were activity on your account after it was reactivated.

As for your refund, I did check your billing history, and it shows that your account was reactivated on the 6th of August for only $39. It appears that you were given a credit prior to last year's cancelation which means that the $60 credit will automatically be applied upon the reactivation of your plan.

You can visit your dashboard, too. But in case you receive a billing statement from your bank stating that you got charged for $99, please email it to us at support@kicksta.co so we can have it investigated.

Within an hour of joining, I my insta was shut down...

Within an hour of joining, they had my account shut down. They were logging in from Serbia which triggered instagram to close my account. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is just bot based BS. Scam artists.

Edit - After a lot of trouble I got my account back but I'm deactivating as it's now compromised. These clowns have posted below my private info (the actual insta account) on a public forum, so that should tell you all you need to know about their ethics.

Avoid.
