Just decided to buy for my family full chickenfor us my chicken and wings were so yummy wings so crispy and delicious hot too fresh burgers actually i was so satisfied with the food service and i didn't wait for my order got everything in time

Went to kfc randparkridge,wow i have never been so happy,staff at randpark are very friendly and very active,my food was hot and fresh,for sure im going back there again

This is a 5 year review. I don't complain about food or anything but after being told by two KFC franchises in the same night we don't have chicken I just decided it was time. Part of the complaint is getting physically sick. Especially when there's a special on the buckets, online services is a different story where I use to wait 3 to canceleld hours. Also taste an consistency in the meat varies. From dry one night to sludgy with foul smell the next. This is the complaint and totally done with KFC. Once.

Yesterday I was at Nigel *Angelo Mall* kfc1 and I was so impressed with their service, very friendly and welcoming especially their Supervisor *Refiloe Mashiane*, their food was tasty, fresh and delicious and their time management in terms of waiting for your order is good, you don't wait for hours for your order... They sever with a smile 👍👍👍😊😊

KFC Sasol NU5, this is the 2nd time, i get messed up order, ordered online dunked all star box, my wings are not dunked at all, if you want a picture youll get it, 1st time with same order, i never got the wings, and now this.....😭😭

I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service I received tonight at KFC Brits (Total Garage). I purchased the Family Treat Sharing Meal and was shocked to discover that the coleslaw was completely off. It had a terrible, sour smell that filled the house, and it was clearly not safe to eat. My entire family had to throw it away immediately.

We live in Letlhabile, and driving all the way back to Brits to complain or return the meal would have cost us more than what we spent. This is absolutely unacceptable.

What frustrates me the most is that the staff who served us didn’t even notice—or worse, ignored—that the coleslaw was spoiled. How can food that smells that bad be handed over to customers? This is a serious health hazard, especially when you're feeding families.

KFC, you need to do better. Food safety must be a priority, and clearly, it wasn’t tonight. I demand that this issue be addressed urgently to prevent it from happening to anyone else.

I received great service. The food was fresh and the service was very fast. The cashiers and staff were very friendly. Thank you very much for good customer service.The store was very neat and clean.

I happen to find this kfc restaurant cleaner and quite refreshing i love eating food at a much cleaner restaurant as this one at Mahlakung
