keysmix Reviews

I purchased adobe through keymix and everything was simple. I just followed the instructions. Customer support has been really prompt when setting things up.

It seems scam but actually they are great!

Good price and the product key worked

Keysmix is a reliable platform for purchasing AutoCAD software, offering authentic licenses at competitive prices. Delivery is quick, and customer service is responsive and helpful. Installation is easy, and their return/refund policy is fair. Overall, it's a highly recommended option for professionals seeking affordable, genuine AutoCAD licenses. Rating: 4.9/5

Recently, I decided to purchase Microsoft Office through Keysmix, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and efficient. The Keysmix website was easy to navigate, and I quickly found the right package for my needs. The pricing was competitive, and the different options were clearly explained, which made it simple to choose the best version for my work.

Once I made the purchase, I received the product key immediately, and the download and installation process was quick and straightforward. Microsoft provided clear instructions at every step, and within minutes, I was up and running with all the Office applications I needed. When I encountered a small issue during the setup, I contacted Keysmix support, and I was pleasantly surprised by how kind and helpful they were. They responded quickly, guided me through the solution, and made sure everything was working perfectly.

The software itself has been a joy to use—it's reliable, fast, and offers all the tools I need for both professional and personal tasks. The seamless integration with cloud services like OneDrive makes it easy to access my documents from anywhere, and the range of features, from Word and Excel to PowerPoint and Teams, is essential for my daily productivity.

Overall, my experience purchasing Microsoft Office from Keysmix was fantastic, especially with the excellent support I received. I would highly recommend Keysmix to anyone looking for a trusted place to buy software at a great price.

It is exactly like in description

Luckily, I didn’t buy anything from Keysmix. As someone familiar with how legitimate software deals work, I noticed their prices seemed too low to be trustworthy. To test their legitimacy, I reached out with a few questions, and the responses were unprofessional, raising even more red flags.

When I checked their Trustpilot page, I saw something even more concerning: Trustpilot themselves have flagged this company for misusing their brand. According to Trustpilot, Keysmix has been displaying Trustpilot content incorrectly, including misleading use of their logo, TrustScore, and reviews. Trustpilot takes the integrity of their platform seriously, and this kind of misuse is a major red flag. I would recommend avoiding this site and sticking to authorized, reliable sellers, even if they charge a bit more.

Great service. I will definitely purchase more products in the future.

Great customer service and very fast reply and I got wonderful support from team. highly recommend.

Today made purchase, very fast delivery, had some issues with the license, prompt support that help to fixed my issue in some minutes. Recommend.

I bought a key for Office 365 plus pro, with lifetime access. They sent me an institutional account instead. Now after three months the account has been deactivated, I lost all of my files. I tried to contact them via email and on the website chat, but with no response. When I opened a PayPal dispute, the guy who sent the account contacted me on WhatsApp saying that he could have help but he won't because I was bad person for having opened a dispute. He was bragging about the 19000 euro he made in the last month with his website, laughing at me, saying in a very rude way that he won't move a finger fory problem. Then he just blocked me. What a salty scammer.
PayPal haven't solved the issue yet.

I bought the product Microsoft Office and it does not offer 5TB and 5PC's as advertised. I requested support via email, but no response.

I had some issues with the purchased license, but I got an instant support that fixed my issue in some minutes. Excellent ! ;)

Super genuine.

It took a while to get an e-mail with username and password. Then you realise you cannot download the license with your Microsoft e-mail. This is a cam that somehow generates keys. In addition, instead of Office 365 Professional Plus I got academic key.
They tell you that you need to ask them if you want key for Professional, which I did and never got the answer.
I am sure that the price you pay is not one off as they claim, others have complained that they get bloked after 7-8 months and need to pay again.

Office 2021 stopped working after a month

Wrong advertisement, rude behavior, mocking from customer support.

Purchased "Microsoft 365 Pro 2023 5PC/MAC 5TB Lifetime" a year before (June 13th 2023). Almost 9 months later, it stopped working. I sent an email on March 17th, explaining the situation and I received the following reply:
"hello sir , do i send you invoice to pay the difference and send you new one , you have lifetime warranty on the price you pay before 8 euro , now it cost 11 euro + vat difference is 3 euro"
They asked me to pay more for something that was advertised that it will only be purchased once and it'll work for lifetime. When I told them thay I've already paid for Office and I won't pay more for that, their reply was the following:
"Sir its very simple you pay before 8 euro you have warranty on that 8 euro , proce now 11 euro , you want to pay the difference 3€ pay it , you dont want put also a review and go buy other place"
I never paid the difference of course because, even if I did, there was no warranty that Office would work and that they wouldn't keep asking for more money every few months.
Stay away from them, they're NOT to be trusted.
As you can see, customer support is also awful. Bad communication skills and rude behavior.
If you want to buy something like that, try buying directly from Microsoft (there are ways to buy it cheaper, just do your research before paying anything). DO NOT TRUST websites like that.

Do not use this company is a scam even Trustpilot says they have been misusing their reviews to fake them

Paid for Office 365 with 5Tb of storage for 5 users which should have been 1Tb of One Drive storage for each user but was provided with only 100Gb per user. I did ask for this to be rectified but I have not received any response since.
