Office 365 lifetime licence stopped working, FRAUD

07.06.2023 I purchased a Office 365 lifetime subscription licence, that stopped working after 8-9 months.
ZERO RESPONSE ON WHATSAPP AND EMAIL. WORST SERVICE EVER I HAVE gone through.

The speed with the process is handled, the chance of having an invoice, and the help-desk itself is top.

I recently bought an office 2019 license for MAC but i cannot use any office document.

I have the latest OS version of Mac. I have successfully downloaded and installed the package. however, if i open any file such as word or excel, i get the notification to activate. when i sign into my account, it shows product bought but i get a message that i do not have a subscription.

How do i get to use the license that i bought?
My Office 2019 Home and business License key is

In 5min I had the 365 account in my mail box. It works, but... its linked to a student school account in UK, so its not safe to use onedrive or put anything on that email account. Because at any moment that school director or IT can access your documents or cancel the account.
For now, its working fine. All 365 features are working.

I order for office365 got it in a matter of seconds and everything was perfect

Product says 5tb storage space but only received 1tb. Still waiting for confirmation now on whether it is indeed a lifetime subscription or needs to be renewed yearly because now I can't trust the info on the description of the product sold!

Key sent fast and worked 100%. This is third key I have bought and have had no problems.

This site is a fraud, STAY AWAY, their Trustpilot ranking is probably based on solving problems they created themselves.

I bought a key with a lifetime licence for Office 365 and it stopped working after a few months. I sent their customer support an email and they offered to give me another key in return for a 5 star review on Trustpilot. I told them I'd be happy to give them a 5 star review for solving the issue, it wouldn't make sense otherwise, and got no reply. When I insisted they told me they "had been clear" on demanding a review to solve the problem they created, otherwise I could buy a new key somewhere else.
