Im still waiting on my orders i made in april. I consider my orders lost. Tracking shows no results. This place is not to be trusted. I emailed them and im still waiting for response!

1). I placed an order with them 4/28/2020 for:
1). Item: N95 Activated Carbon Face Mask Variant: B Style Mesh Black
2). Item: N95 Activated Carbon Face Mask Filter Variant: 5 Filters

2). May 2, 2020: KP notified me that my order was dispatched.

3). May 27, 2020: File a complaint against them with PayPal. PayPal has contacted KP. It's June 8 and KP hasn't responded to PayPal email.

3). May 29, 2020: Shannon Lawson from KP sends the following email:
We apologized for the delay caused you, we cannot control current
conditions when parcel was in transit. Also, we understand that websites
were bit laggy, in this case, here's the tracking number update from our
system. I entered the tracking no. and the site they gave me says,
tracking no. not found.

4). June 8, 2020: Still haven't received my order and KP hasn't responded to PayPal's email.

5). June 8, 2020: The order arrived later that afternoon after I left for work. I received an email with the tracking no. and information on June 9, 2020 and an email from PayPal denying my case because unfortunately the N-95 mask/filters arrived the day before. LOL!

The mask/filters are cheap and the mask I received is called is a sports mask. I got ripped off by this company!

It's funny! Once I filed a complaint with PayPal on May 27, 2020 my merchandise was shipped immediately from Los angles.

KP has a 30 day money guarantee on their merchandise. I contacted them to return the merchandise but I'm sure I will never hear anything from them again.

Here's the deal

I finally received my two masks today, June 3rd, since it was first shipped in March 2020. The masks are ok, was expecting better material, but that does not mean I will buy from this website again.

If you ever see keyparents.com on your search or pops up on your feed, ignore it or add it to your block list. I'm pretty sure these guys are scammers. I was afraid I was gonna lose money because of this. Thanks?

I ordered my masks from them.. Got it 26 days later.. I used the aftership app.. It showed every single movement with date and time up to the day it showed up at my door. I had to order another set because I thought I lost 1 of mine.. But I found it... So my friend at work needs them so she is going to buy it from me.

Ordered masks in April and it is now June. From the tracking number that they supplied me, my items have not even left China.
I believe I have been ripped off and I am reporting them to the proper authorities.

I wish it were possible to do this without giving them any stars. I ordered masks from them thirty days ago. Immediately upon placing the order I received an email stating it would take around thirty days or more to get the mask so within five minutes of placing the order I requested to just cancel it because I needed a mask much sooner than thirty days. They responded right back that it was too late to cancel, my order was already being prepared to ship so I knew that wasn’t true. Thirty days later, no mask, no further emails, no shipping or tracking information and no response to my emails asking about my purchase. DO NOT order from them!

I ordered charcoal mask refills and realized the masks I ordered have valves and are good for the person wearing them but not for everyone else. I did not open the package and tried to return them but they claim they are non-returnable.

Keyparents.com is a scam. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered April 17th no tracking , month later no merchandise. I filed dispute with PayPal. Thank goodness I used PayPal.

Scam, what a total disgrace with worldwide pandemic this company preys on vulnerability.

Do not waste your time or money with website.
They are a third party that has no connection to the products they are outsourcing from China.

Scam website .. I would give a O stars but you CAN'T...they claims to be real ...They take your money for mask and never deliver....They are playing with people LIFE during this covid19 times...My state is checking into them...SCAMERS

Terrible. Don’t order from them. You will never get your product and they do not respond in a timely fashion. Save your money and order from a reliable site...

Ripped me off, and hundreds more. This company needs to be held accountable. Contact Better Business bureau to complain.

Horrible after sales response.. They only respond if your query is about money which affect them and don't actually reply to any of your queries or cancellation requests.. Worst worst worst... Never buy anything from them..

It is a scam!!! They sell face masks on their website and I ordered masks from them on Feb 28. To date, 3 April, I still have not received anything. Do not order from them. After I sent them a message on 11 March saying that there was no response from them, I finally heard from them on 13 March saying they wanted me to confirm my email address, which I did. Then they fell silent again. On 23 March, I sent them another message and they responded on 27 March to say that my parcel was being processed. Now it is April and still nothing.
