Complete SCAM company . All FAKE .

The website, the emails, the acknowledgement. Is fake as well.. they charged $25.00 and shipped nothing.

I placed an order 1/20/21,have not gotten it as of 3/31/21. What I have gotten is continual runaround and avoidance

APRIL THE 5th NADA!
APRIL THE 10th ZIP, NOTHING
APRIL THE 17TH ZIP NADA
APRIL THE 23rd ZIP NADA
AUGUST 30TH NOTHING RECEIVED YET

Ordered a Pro Knife™ Sharpening Tool Kit Variant Set in December 2020. Order did not arrive!!! Emailed 5 times and received the same reply from a Shannon Lawson promising to look into it - but she has done nothing. Won’t refund my order.
This company is a scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!!
They are a living example of canine scatology.

Same thing happened to me !!!!! Ordered in November 2020 ,never received the item was never offered a refund and now my e-mails are returned as undeliverable !!!!!

This is the worst place to ever buy stuff. I got something in December 2020 and never got it... I did such a mistake to order from then and should have research a lot more

Do NOT order from this site. I placed an order on January 23, 2021 and have never received the product. No satisfactory response to multiple e-mails - just "we will check on the status of your order." After the try today, the e-mail was returned as undeliverable.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. TOTAL SCAM. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU RECEIVE NOTHING. FACEBOOK SHOULD NOT POST THIS SITE. IF YOU WANT TO GIVE YOUR MONEY AWAY, I WOULD GIVE IT TO YOUR FAVORITE CHARITY.

Paid for product months ago and no delivery. Keep saying checking with suppliers yet said they had stock. Most disappointed and only time that I have had an online fail.

Actual $hit c*nts took the money 4 months ago still nothing and now I get rejected emails. I'd love to find the fu#k face owner of this scam and actually take them to court and get my money back. I hope they die asap.

I order from keyparents.com 2 months ago .They keep giving me the run around about my purchases. You don't have contact with anyone but a damn answering machine. The company sea ships there products. Today 3/24/21 the web site doesn't respond. Never again will I buy from them . My money is loss . No mention of refund nor purchase , tracking number.

I completely agree with all other reviews that rate this site as a SCAM.
I placed an order in early Jan. 2021 and still have not received the order. I have had two emails telling me the order is on its way, but have not been supplied with delivery tracking number as requested.
My last email was to Cancel the order and fully refund the money and of course I have had no reply.
This site should be taken down.

I got swindled. Ordered that Optimus prime automorph RC truck that allot of people have reviewed and the same goes . Wait 60 days and a different product shows up, now at the very least it is a nice optimus prime transformer but not what I purchased. With in a few days from ordering from this company I had multiple charges that tried to go through my card and had to change bank card . Stay away from this company and warn others to do the same! SCAM

DON'T ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!!!!!They are scammers!!!! Ordered from them 2 months ago and still haven't received my order but they have my money. I have ask for a full refund several times to no avail. Also have ask for a tracking number and a manager or supervisor name and contact info and they will not respond. You call the number for their site and can't talk to a human,leave a voice mail and never return your call. I only wish I had read reviews before I ordered from them. Please DON'T ORDER from them!!!

My order of #1 mud carpet is a complete disappointment. The rug looks like a remnant piece cut with unfinished frayed edges. It does not prevent dog paw mud messes in the house. Wasted money!

Scam artists. Avoid ordering from them. They are dishonest and unreachable. AVOID!!!

I wish I could give zero stars... 1 star does not give my experience justice.
Never received item 2 months after order. Company refuses to do a refund or acknowledge any wrong doing. Nothing is as they say on their site. No "money back guarantee" no 100% satisfaction promise like they tout on their site. I wish I had read other reviews before ordering because their Facebook and other reviews, that they can't control, are all awful!

Avoid this company. I ordered an item one month ago. The company claims the item was shipped but they won't provide a tracking number and their customer service sucks. You're wasting your money if you order from them. I wish I had read others reviews before I ordered.
