I recently bought a switch tester from Keygem and I really liked the experience. Their website is nice to browse and the shipping was incredibly fast. They are also very friendly and give great support.

The team is super responsive and very friendly in case you have any questions. They looked over my order for me to check if all the parts I had ordered were compatible and adapted the order when they noticed I got the wrong plate layout.

Honestly I am just extremely impressed with the costumer service provided and the speed of transactions.

I recently bought Trybosis 3203 lubricant, Switch films...etc, and the transaction felt almost instant.
After just a few hours... and my order was already in transit!
I wanted to change the address for delivery as I had made a mistake; and I swear that in less than 60 minutes my address was changed successfully with no extra charge.
I also received a very kind and formal email regarding my concern of the shipping and it finished my experience with KEYGEM to be just incomparable.

The prices are fine for all products (no real overcharge), KeyGem has many articles to sell and most importantly: The shipping is crazy fast! <24h went by until my order was shipped. I am amazed!
