Harrasing customer for payment
I had a kitchen installed from Keukensale barendrecht in 2020. I had visited them after initial plan and had few changes modified. The extra cost was 240 euros. I was provided the invoice and paid instantly over POS machine.
In 2023 March they send an email that invoice was open and wasnt paid. in ABN AMRO we dont serivce to search the transactions past 18 months. When i tried to explain, they were so adamant that i provide proof of payment. The kitchen was 8k euros and why would anyone cheat for 240 euros.
I felt this was too unprofessional. I had to download transactions month by month and had to provide the proof of payment.
In the email it was clearly mentioned that there was system issue because of which they are pestering the customers who had paid 3 to 4 years ago.
