I used Keskin for about 6 months. Generally I expected more faster results. But even with a result to my hair growing much more slower than before, I satisfied with a hair removal process. And my friend said after a year I will see reduced hair growth what I hardly wait

I am really happy with this laser hair removal device. When I first opened the package, I was a little disappointed to see that it came with a UK power plug, but that was my own fault for not checking beforehand. I simply purchased a plug adaptor, and it has worked perfectly ever since.

About five years ago, I used an epilator that left my skin and hair follicles quite damaged. My biggest problems were ingrown hairs and “strawberry skin.” Because I have very fair skin, the irritation would often scar and leave dark, unattractive marks. I was really hoping that this laser hair removal device would help improve these issues.

I have now been using the device for about a year, and I am extremely pleased with the results. My hair is no longer growing back in the areas where I have been using it, which means I no longer have to worry about shaving. Even more importantly, the irritation around my hair follicles and the ingrown hairs I experienced after using the epilator have completely disappeared. My skin looks and feels so much better, and I no longer have to deal with the constant irritation and marks.

I do suffer from migraines, and the flashes from the device can sometimes trigger them. To avoid this, I simply close my eyes when the device flashes. Thankfully, this is very easy to do, and I can comfortably use the device with my eyes closed.

I am happy with the results. It has not only significantly reduced my hair growth, but it has also helped resolve the skin irritation and ingrown hairs that I had been struggling with for years.

Great mask has reduced my dry patches and cleared my skin, has replaced my old LED mask which was well used and starting to loose bulbs as it was the silicone / plastic version

The Keskine Masks I ordered were by far the best masks I have ever used and I have tried a lot! I have already ordered 30 more! They are reasonably priced too! Highly recommend.

The IPL hair remover is absolutely fine, and does what it’s advertised to do.

Can’t say I like the dark glasses but would rather that than ruin my eyes!

In terms of feedback one other point I’d make is that it would have been really useful if it came with a travel pouch. I was disappointed it didn’t, especially given the price.

I must admit only using it intermittently. I think if it had differing size/type of heads I would use it more often as it would be less fiddly, eg on smaller facial areas, or if it was curved for legs, arms etc.

I had several LED masks and with this one I really noticed a difference. It sits comfortably on my face and I have built all of the different settings into my routine. Strongly recommend.

I do love it and I can clearly see the results, my skin looks a lot brighter when I use it regularly. I need to lay down when using it as I find it quite uncomfortable to wear, quite heavy on the nose resulting in marks that take a while to smooth out. I would still recommend it, and it’s a great device for improving your skin

I bought the face treatment mask as a gift for my Wife. She has used it regularly and is delighted with the results, suggesting that I should perhaps start using it too - age related!

Overall we’re very happy with the product. The follow up email from senior management thanking me for my purchase was a very nice, unexpected touch too.

The keskine IPL Hair removal device arrived promptly and well packaged with clear instructions. Easy to use and definitely thinned the hairs coming through. It has not totally stopped the hair growth so reapeats are necessary but a favourable product. Thanks

I was a little unsure about buying the Keskine led face mask at first because my sister has the CurrentBody mask and really likes it. After the comparing the two though I’m so glad I went with Keskine. My sister has actually started using mine and says she prefers it to her CurrentBody mask. The Keskine just feels more advanced and has more features and I love that it included multiple wavelengths and different treatments modes. It also feels like the light is much more stronger and like it’s doing more during each session. The quality feels amazing and is easy to use. I would recommend Keskine. Definitely worth the money.

I have not had the LED mask long enough yet so see results, and I will update the ranking if I see good results. But, so far I find the shape and comfort of the mask really bad and I truly wish I had done more research.

Firstly, with the eye protector on, it seems to sit so far from the bottom of your face that I really don’t think it can possibly be effective. It kind of sticks away from your face at an angle. Secondly, with the protective eye bit on, it feels it is just too big (i.e the specific bit which protects your eyes) that it won’t do even be able to get to around one third of your forehead, or around your eyes (for crows feet for example) as the eye protector covers these areas.

You can take the eye protector off but then this makes it hugely uncomfortable (actually painful) against your nose if you do this.

The other thing is, with our without the eye protection, the side of the LED mask (near your cheeks) sort of bends in which means the LEF mask doesn’t even cover the edges or your cheek/jawline, which is a problem area for me.

Generally, I really really do not like the usability of this and suspect due to the shape and how it fits that it won’t even be able to be effective. As stated though, in a month or so (I’ve had it around 2 months) if I see results I will be happy to say I was wrong and amend my rating. Just through sheer physics and design alone I can’t see this working though.

I had importing issues trying to get the LED mask into Spain , the customer service was stellar . Jess constantly communicated with me during a very frustrating experience with Spanish authorities . The Spanish authorities eventually rejected the importation of the device so it was sent back to the supplier but in fairness they immediately sent it to me in ireland where there were no issues with importation and I had it in 2 days . Now I am excited to start using it and see results . Highly professional organisation

I contacted Keskine customer service about unexpected customs charges. I'm really happy with how they sorted the situation and resolved it really quick. They were very professional and friendly.

I had a delivery problem because I live in Spain and the Spanish Customs held back the parcel. On complaining to Keskine I received a very curt email telling me not to contact them again. However, another employee named Jess from the customer support team, contacted me and because of how she handled this matter stopped me from giving a bad report for Keskine. She was very efficient and gave me all the help I requested and kept in touch on a regular basis throughout the long process. I never did get the parcel delivered, it was returned to Keskine and Jess very kindly said she could send it to an address in the UK for me. So my grandaughter is now the proud owner of this product and although I can’t comment on the quality of the product I’m sure my grandaughter will give her honest opinion when she has used the product. Thank you Jess, you saved the day and also saved Keskine some bad press.
