Appalling customer service

Appalling customer service. No matter how many times I have emailed requesting their return address for my product, I repeatedly get the same copy and paste response. I have had this EXACT response 6 times so far, despite asking them different questions and repeatedly requesting the address. I would never deal with this company again, and would advise anyone considering it to stay well clear
"Dear Customer:

If there is a quality issue, please provide video evidence showing the problem. If you wish to return the item and receive a refund due to personal dissatisfaction, please note the following:

1. Order cancellations not due to quality issues will incur a 15% handling fee, and we will not provide return labels.

2. Our return address differs from the address on the package. We only accept the return address we provide. If you return the package to a different address, we will be unable to receive it, and all losses will be borne by the buyer. Please do not return items without our consent.

3. You will need to ship the product back to Hong Kong and will be responsible for return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and import taxes.

4. We recommend declaring the lowest possible customs value to avoid high taxes. Customs clearance fees and taxes will be borne by you and will be deducted from your refund.

5. We are not responsible if the package is lost in transit or returned for other reasons (such as customs detention).

Returning items is indeed troublesome and detrimental to both parties. We can offer you a 20% order compensation in the hope that you will keep the product and not request a return."

I bought a window cleaning machine

I bought a window cleaning machine, which I have never used, it's still in the box. I wanted to return this, but I keep getting the same reply, that I can't return it until they give me the return address. I have now emailed them 25 times and had the same reply, saying exactly the same thing. "The address you provided is not our return address. We only accept returns to the addresses we provide. If you send the package back to a different address, we will not be able to receive it, and you will be responsible for any resulting losses. Please do not return the item yourself. If there is a quality issue, please provide video evidence to prove the problem. If you wish to return the item and receive a refund due to personal dissatisfaction, please note that canceling an order for reasons other than quality issues will incur a 15% handling fee, and we will not provide return labels. You will need to send the product back to Hong Kong and bear the return shipping costs, customs clearance fees, and import duties.

Returning items can indeed cause a lot of trouble and losses for both parties. We hope you will keep the product instead of requesting a return, therefore we can provide a 25% order compensation."

This is the only email that they keep sending me. This was £200 and looks like I can't return it.

**Please be very wary ordering from this company!**

If I could give 0 stars I would

If I could give 0 stars I would my item has gone missing in the post, they are claiming that the delivery company has attempted to deliver and if it gets sent back to them they will charge me £30. Not a chance I feel like I've been scammed.

Who are Keswo?

This will be a long and confused review! I needed a decent vocal mike for my home studio within a tight budget. I found this survey of microphones: search for

Should I be trusting this review? The detail seemed impressive and convincing. The Keswo microphone seemed to be just what I needed at a good price (£99, no shipping costs). I ordered from Keswo, which on visiting their website seems to specialise in hair grooming products(?) Where were they based? Keswo UK seemed to be a thing, but the survey above suggested Iceland, while the item shipped from China. The item was tracked carefully from China, arriving in about a week.

There was no mention of Keswo on the product box, in fact, there was no brand at all. The microphone was labelled as the S338. Why was this reference not mentioned in the survey above? I wondered. Researching the S338 online found this available at a much lower price (£20). There was no Keswo branding on the box or the item.
On the plus side, I would say Keswo's helpline seems quick and honest. If you buy this microphone, I would advise getting the cantilever stand, which is a huge help and good quality.

The actual microphone sounded disappointing to me when compared to my other microphones. Keswo say they do returns, but they don't really: you have to return to Hong Kong, which is expensive (£50?), and you have to pay this (this is not refundable). Factor in the Customs Costs and Import Taxes, and returning wasn't worth doing. Keswo have offered me compensation if I choose not to return, of 5% of the cost - less than a fiver, so I'm not opening the champagne.

Left wondering what on earth Keswo is - some vague floating company that is based everywhere and nowhere. Maybe some of its products are terrific, I just wouldn't know.

I will now bring this (Icelandic?) saga to an end…
