Take note from everyone else if your not bothered about your item not being sent or if you’ve paid by card and don’t care if you don’t get your money back then that’s fine ,This company is a total scam if there was a plus zero rating then that would have still been too good ,thankfully I paid through pay pal and received a refund thank god but never again from these horrible people so take heed

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I placed an order in December 2019 for sports leggings and matching tops, all sold as top quality sports items. Ordered the same item in various sizes as I wasn’t sure what would be the right size for me (standard procedure for anyone who is used to buy online I guess). I didn’t realise that this was actually coming from China. What I received was unacceptable. Random sizes, nothing matched, poor quality material, terrible finish. I wouldn’t wear any of this as pyjamas, let alone to go to the gym!
I contacted Kerr Dress immediately for a refund, they eventually emailed me back with a return address (that’s when I realised they were based in China). They said they would only refund me if I provided them with a parcel tracking number. So I paid a small fortune for the parcel to be sent back to China “registered”. I followed the tracking number myself and saw the parcel being delivered to China.
No refund came through.
I chased them numerous times but of course never received any response.
And today, 4 May 2020, 4 whole months after I returned my order, my parcel was delivered back to me covered in Chinese stickers stating ”unknown address”.
Clearly Kerr Dress provides a fake return address which is common practise with these scam Chinese websites.
Stay away from these thieves!!!!

Ordered clothing and a mirror months ago. Frauds and cheats. Don't order from these scammers. Make sure you check reviews for companies before ordering!!!!

BEWARE!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! IT'S A SCAM!!

I am just another scammed for this fake website! I bought a doll for my daughter, paid via Paypal, got the email with the Paypal receipt, and after a day, I got an email from Kerrdress, offering a "discount" for the item that was in my basket and "I did not buy". I opened a dispute, they blamed Covid19, even thought my order was way before the outbreak, they replied asking for understanding and to close the Paypal dispute, even though, they did not ship the item. Really, this is just a scam!

My order has not turned up and been told a delay will not give out phone number this is going to break my 10 year old daughters heart as she needs it by Thursday but will not answer my emails now please avoid this is not a trustworthy Company

ordered an outfit which i needed for a certain date, emailed them and was told if i ordered and paid for faster shipping it would arrive with plenty of time, ordered and paid for extra fast shipping and i still havent recieved the dress, tried to contact them and havent had a reply.. the event i needed the dress for has come and gone yet the outfit in question still hasnt arrived..

I've made an order back in November 2019 for a couple of figurine sets as Christmas gifts for nephews and nieces. A parcel did arrive eventually after Christmas, however, 1 set was missing and another set has broken pieces. The quality of the content is of no great quality. I wrote to the given contact email and did however requested them still to send me the missing set plus replacement of the broken figures. I did send them photos of the received parcel and broken pieces which they requested upon my email. Then they said I can just keep the items. But no mentioning of replacement nor resending my missing set. And now after resending them request for updates a few times, no response at all. I agree with some other reviews to advise not to buy from this online shop, where quality is not good as well as service and you may lose money as well like I did.

Never recommend this is a fraud company
I ordered some clothes for my baby girl on 15/01/2020. It’s been more than 3 weeks now there is no update of my order. I have been trying to email them but no one is giving any response at all. I think they are fraud. We need to make complain against this site. If anyone is reading this then just refund me my money back otherwise I am gonna make complain against this site.

I would give it no star if I can. utter rubbish!. I placed an order on December 2019, and I didn't realise that they didn't process my order until I sent an email enquiry. Because it definitely won't meet my usage before Christmas, so I cancel it and the customer service told me I can apply for a refund after I receive. However, after i received the parcel and filled the return form, nothing happened! Even after I tried to ask them by email to send me the address for return. They just replied one time with saying nothing helpful and evaporate from the world successfully!!

I searched its domain name to found that it is registered in Chicago but probably operated by chinese organization. Well, to be a Chinese, how shameful to share a same nationality with you suckers!! shame on you!!

Guys who is from the US can do a little research online and try to report its fraud to the US relevant administrator!! Stop those rubbishes!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!! I ordered my son a costume on the 23rd January and I still haven't received my order! Money has been took and they are now not replying to my emails asking about my order. So upset for my son as he used some of his xmas money to buy this costume. Total disgrace.

I order 3 dress for my little girls paid resive email say thank you for order ,,,, few days later resive email saying product you paid for is missed prices so you have to pay more ,,,, so emailed say give me back my full money since that day I have not heard from them still no refund no email reply this rubbish company Do NOT SHOP FROM HERE ... Utter shambles of a company, STAY AWAY ordered a product in November which wasn't in stock so requested a refund and still to this day I haven't had my money back and they keep ignoring my emails

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely dreadful company. Placed an order, paid via PayPal and didn't even receive a confirmation email regarding the order. Got suspicious when I hadn't heard anything so sent an email asking about my order. Got a reply asking for an order number - funnily enough I didn't have one as I hadn't been sent confirmation. Got another reply from them saying they needed an order number WHICH I HADN'T BEEN GIVEN! They then asked for my name - after I'd sent them the PayPal reference. I sent my name and address to be told THEY NEEDED MY NAME. Avoid this company at all costs. Total scam and I'm now opening a dispute with PayPal. Disgraceful right before Christmas as the item was for my son for Christmas.

What a load of garbage,placed an order,paid an extra £7.99for delivery within 3/7days,6 days later im being told i will receive the order within 7 days🤔what a joke,very dissatisfied 🤯😤.
