This is a scam.i paid for a microwave and sent them hindered of emails but got nothing in return.

Wish I had read these first before I tried to order something. Luckily it was only about £5 but they essentially took my money and then sent me nothing. Will be looking to escalate and report to Fraud Alert but with them being based in China I doubt anyone can do anything. You'll essentially be throwing your money away

I made an order and they took my payment of £47 on the 1st June, order didn’t arrived, many emails back & first, first said order is on its way, then out of stock, then I asked for a refund, they said refund was being sent. Still no refund, no goods, they no longer reply to my emails plus rang the US & China phone numbers, both don’t work. LITERALLY STOLEN MY MONEY, DISGUSTING

My order was goods for our new little puppy which my daughter wanted over lockdown in June, I also paid the high delivery cost of £7.95
After several emails, I still have NOT received my goods and email responses have now stopped, clearly, they have run out of excuses!
Avoid this company they are simply stealing from people and getting away with it

Well this company is now responsible for THEFT! They did not send my item and after a few emails pretending they were going to refund me, all went silent. 6 months later i still do not have my order, do not have my refund and they are not answering emails!
Absolutely discusting. No moral compass at all.

Ordered 2 x posters from Kerr Dress in early May. By end of July, not only had I not received any items, the company were unable to tell me an estimated delivery date. They sent me a tracking number & a link via email in order to track the parcel- the tracking number didn’t work with the link. Absolutely rubbish communication. Keep saying they’ll refund me but haven’t, now they’re not responding to my emails. AVOID- complete scammers!

I ordered aan iron man toy before reading the reviews, after waiting a few weeks for delivery I. Started to worry and I emailed them, they replied the next morning say the order will be picked as per order number, i waited a few more weeks then emailed for a refund. The next day I received an email to say the item had been shipped and they supplied me a tracking number. They toy arrived aa few days later.
To be fair the customer service was great, the only reason I knocked aa star off was for the lenghly delivery time although, coming through China, in a pandemic, I guess its not too bad.

Absolutely shocking! Placed order months ago. No parcel has arrived. They do answer my emails and promise to chase delivery but to no avail. Thoroughly disappointed that I was foolish enough to pay them !

They don’t have anything they say they have and keep your money right from the off !! That’s where they’ve got you! SCAM and if it’s under £100 there’s is nothing you can do and your not covered AND THEY KNOW THAT, so keep well away, how the hell they can keep doing it is beyond me ! but they are also under different names and don’t exist, so it is a total SCAM !!
I got caught ordered a item same thing weeks went by, I new then I was done,then we are now nearly 4 months no refund and I’m still emailing them with them telling me we will refund you ASAP that was the same Email after week 2 !!!! THIEFS SIMPLE

Do not buy! Ordered a Matt and it didn’t come, I emailed them. I got a reply saying sorry you need to pay more.
I said I’ll just take a refund. Still haven’t received anything a month on.
Disgusting.

Website said item was in stock- waited 6 weeks for delivery with reassurances from kerrdress that it had been shipped. After 8 weeks they then changed their minds saying item was not in stock and was never shipped! Still waiting for refund- very poor service-AVOID!

Poor quality products and the refund is not withheld. Don’t waste your money

Ordered a couple of items from this company which delivery states 1 to 3 business days I waited over a week still nothing arrived I emailed them to get a reply that my order was still being processed so I replied saying that it was a joke and shouldn't still be being processed after a week, to then get another email to say the prices of what I ordered were wrong and that the right prices were on the website and to send the remaining money if I want my items so obviously I went to the website and low and behold prices were the exact same so I emailed them this told them I want my items or a refund or I'm taking them to trading standards with said emails I then received an email saying I will get a refund but I will see if I do or not the website needs closing down its full of lies and isn't even in the US surely it can be shut down!!!!

An absolute joke!! Ordered a rug over a week ago now - all confirmed, then to receive another email saying the prices have changed and they want more money? (Another £50 and they already charge £10 delivery so it wasn’t even a great deal to start with!!)

I ordered recently set clothes for my baby boy. It came in different colours and terrible material. I sent them email immediately that that’s not what I bought. I got answer with excuses that there is a slight improvement in the manufacturer's style of the dress I bought and the colour is no longer produced. And for the material said: it’s pure cotton, you can rest assured. That it doesn’t affect the effect of wearing. The **** isn’t cotton at all.
I text them I want back my money and no answer yet 😡

Item came. It did not look anything like the quality of the photo. Quality was so terrible. My son was in tears as waited for this Jedi outfit. Emailed for refund. 2 months later still no reply. Company should be shut down !!

This company fails at a basic level in terms of dispatch/packaging of items and customer service.

We purchased a poster that we wished to frame and display in our kitchen. It was delivered from China (not the US as we were expecting) about 3 weeks later. It was rolled up and wrapped in a flimsy sheet of plastic. Consequently it arrived creased beyond the point of usefulness.

We contacted the company immediately to let them know and request a refund, providing them with photographic proof of their inadequate packaging and its effects. What followed was a bizarre and impolite chain of emails which variously blamed the postal service, told us packaging cylinders are "prohibited", and (our favourite of all) referred to themselves as "the victims" in this episode. They told us that we would need to pay to send the unusable product back to China before they would consider a refund.

Our advice would be to avoid this company.

Purchased a Moana costume for my daughter from the website. Waited a long month until a small package arrived from CHINA to UK. It was just the necklace . I had paid £18 for the entire costume . When I contacted Kerr dress they rudely responded that I had only bought the necklace even though elsewhere on their website they were selling this for £6. But apparently I paid 12 + postage for just a necklace. Very poor quality btw.
They kept telling me I didn't order properly, although I selected a size 6 for my daughter, they insist I bought the necklace only. They eventually offered me 8 dollars as a refund, that doesn't even cover the £18 i paid. Situation unresolved . Do not buy. Very unprofessional company and poor aftercare and customer service not to mention sending incorrect items. Have been treated quite poorly. Refused to accept anything in the end out of principle.

This company is a scam. I ordered few items 2 months ago and still didn't received it. I tried to contact them for a refund but they are not repling. Do not spend your money there, is a SCAM
