I ordered a pair of fox trimmed boots at the Spirit of Christmas fair. When they arrived they were not as luxurious as the sample I tried at the fair and the trim had an odd patch of fur which was totally out of place. They were quite expensive but my complaint was dismissed and replacement was refused on the grounds ‘they were made to order’. On top of that I was accused of being threatening which I was not. Awful customer service.

Initially bought my leather rucksack from Harrogate Christmas show on the stall delighted although expensive .Bought another last year for my daughter then unfortunately the right side zip has failed on mine .Disappointed as it was expensive have sent photos and 4emails haven’t heard anything back no advice couldn’t recommend this company poor customer service on this occasion .

Female-led British company that makes excellent bags and accessories for organisation. They are high quality, beautiful AND functional. There is a strong community too. Delivery is fast and service is very customer- orientated should you need them. A great success story.
