If I could leave a 0 Star review I would, Item was delivered broken, Contacted them straight away via message seller on Amazon, got no response for over 48 hours! eventually got a review once leaving negative seller feedback.
Collection was booked, on the day collection was due they never showed therefore 9 DAYS later the large bulky parcel is still present taking up a HUGE amount of room in the house, spoke with them on the phone today they were useless and didn't offer any solution, I've now been storing their product for 10 days and wasted a full day off from work today resulting in loss of income! disgusting service!

Parcel was despatched quickly by the seller, but unfortunately appeared lost in post. After a few days the seller advised it was probably lost and I should seek a refund, which the company provided promptly. The product did eventually arrive. I advised the seller and we came to an agreement in the spirit of goodwill. Communication was excellent with quick response times and the actual product is exactly what I was looking for. Thankyou.

Deceptive and Unreliable – A Company to Avoid at All Costs
I had a terrible experience with this company. The product quality was extremely poor, and the customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful. It feels like a scam – nothing worked as promised, and attempts to get support or a refund were completely ignored.
I strongly advise others to stay away from this company. In my opinion, both the management and the overall operation seem unreliable and untrustworthy.
Avoid at all costs
Avoid , there products are cheap for a reason, I bought a rattan furniture set , very poor quality, nightmare to put together and few days later the glass from the table just exploded for no reason, I contact the customer service team and nobody even read my email , taking a week to replay and asking for information that was already in the original email and giving me wrong information when they did . Awful customer service
I changed my mind
I changed my mind on the garden furniture I received and decided to return it. It was in the same box, unopened and a pre paid label sttached as instructed. The collection was done by Evri and then suddenly the tracking stopped. No information if and when the item was returned and no refund. I have tried contacting Keplin but my emails keep getting deleted, Evri don't have an email or a phone number and I'm now left with no furniture and no refund. I'm an OAP and out of pocket by over £100, I consider this deadful service.
Ordered a wheel barrow
Ordered a wheel barrow. No nuts and bolts or handles . I understand mistakes happen. But I rang up to get the parts and it was like it was to much work for them . They offered a refund if I sent the parts back. By the time I paid for it to get sent back I might aswell of not bothered. What annoyed me most is their was no sorry no we will try sort this mess out . I will not be buying from these again and I would not recommend anyone to buy from this company . Just because as soon as your money is in the till .they ain't bothered. Awful customer service . If I was the manager I'd be looking into this . Awful
Customer Service Was Very Good
Unfortunately the item.ordered was damaged, however I contacted Atharva, and the team and they gave me options, we agreed on returning the item. They arranged a company so I could arrange a convenient day for me, free of charge and arranging a refund. They were polite and respectful and I cannot thank them enough.

Placed on order online May 4th for garden furniture, received an email May 5th from DPD "we're expecting your item" & nothing since. Says online 2-3 days to ship, today is day 3 (8th May) & item has not been shipped. Sent an email, no reply, rang numerous times & the number just rings out. Luckily I paid via PayPal so can claim the money back if needed. Such a shame as it was a lovely furniture set & I wanted it in time for the weekend but it doesn't look as though that is going to happen.

Extremely disappointed with purchase of Keplin Heavy Duty Wheelbarrow and subsequent customer service. W/barrow is impossible to assemble because of bolt holes ridiculously out of alignment (a common problem I have read about since my purchase*). I asked for a refund and return details: first response was to send me instructions and ask me to try again!! I have the instructions and two of us could not assemble. Just now I have been asked to take pics of the item for their inspection. I have already boxed it up (at the time in considerable frustration at the clearly terrible product). Having wasted my time with a product not fit for purpose I am now being asked to waste my time again. Unacceptable. *These reviews are on Amazon for exactly the same product. Had I read them there I likely wouldn't have pruchased; however, had I, I know the Amazon refund and return policy would have been immediately implemented on request. 30.4.25: I have now add a full refund. Customer Service should have been more tuned in to my initial concern and request for refund, but I am satisfied with this eventual (and correct) resolution, and acknowledge that here.
Inadequate fitting instructions/safety issue.
We recently purchased an electric blanket and could not understand how to attach it to the mattress, due to the positioning of the tapes and loops. I emailed a number of times, asking for advice, or better still a diagram, which I was told was not available. As a result of this and needing to use the blanket we had to cut tapes off and reattach in a different position, to be able to secure it safely to the mattress.

I purchased an electric blanket via Amazon which has broken. This company (via Amazon) are refusing to assist me further, because I am outside of their "strict 30 day" no refund policy. This is a faulty good, and to not assist, breaches my consumer rights to repair, replace or refund me. I would be happy with any of the above. I am hopeful this will be resolved, but feel terrible for those who don't know their rights and will be left with a faulty good.
I have had the pleasure of dealing with customer services who have resolved the issue and issued a refund. I am waiting for this to be received but cannot fault their service in dealing with my complaint. Thank you

Brilliant customer service for providing a video to show how to de-gas my hot water bottle, having misplaced my paperwork that came with the product. Easy to contact over the phone. Love the product - fantastic value for money and much easier/safer than a conventional hot water bottle. Heats up quickly and stays warm for several hours.
