Very proffesional ans careful
We. Had great pre move support from looking at storage to doing an hourly rate. The 2 lovely lads doing the removal were professional, respecful and careful with our items. They worked so hard and we thank them for that.

Treatment Concerns for Important Delivery
Moving personal belongings from Brisbane to Adelaide, taking around 10 days which was extended out by a further 5-7 days. However, the delivery truck floor was soaking wet on arrival, nil pallets were used; all the boxes sitting on the floor were wet, one completely soaked through the bottom, disintegrating at time handover. No explanation able to be given as tradesmen unable to speak english. Incredibly disappointing. Will NEVER recommend Kent removals.

Great experience with Kent
Great experience with Kent from the accurate estimate through to on time and in full delivery. Both uplift and delivery crews were friendly and professional. It was clear they were very skilled in manoeuvring furniture and took great care moving boxes. I was very nervous about booking a removalist after hearing some horror stories but Kent did a fantastic job and I would use them again. This review is for an interstate move packed by owner except for Plasma TV. 🙂

The removalists were friendly and helpful and nothing was a problem to them.
The only issue was some smaller boxes/packages were condensed into a large box and this made it difficult to easily locate certain items.

Excellent service all round!
Special mention to Rachel in the booking team, and my movers - Jared's team who made my move so effortless.
From quoting and booking a week before, to the whole move being completed in about an hour, I was so impressed. They were all professional, efficient, friendly and delightful. I will highly recommend Kent to everyone moving forward.

The team on the ground were excellent
The team on the ground were excellent, very productive and handled my property with care. An amazing effort from the team. Just two set-backs that prolonged the day, the truck had a flat battery and was nearly 2 hours late, then the truck that arrived was far to large for the laneway at the destination.
This was disappointing as when booking I had walked through parking, entry requirements and the need for a small struck with the person taking the booking. The jockey remained and started packing while the Driver went on the 1.5 hour round trip to bring back the smaller truck.
This was a fixed cost booking (and recommend for apartments or where stairs are involved) so when they finished around 6.30pm on a Friday night was not too concerned.
Again, the team doing the job were excellent, I also appreciated the follow-up call the next day.

The packing and pick up was ecceptional…
The packing and pick up was ecceptional the ALBURY CREW were outstanding and very profesional. Unfortunately we felt that the delivery was rushed as a number of items were placed in the wrong locations. One thing was dissapointing, the leather lounge was disassembled at packing but was not assembled at delivery.

Kent Removals -absolutely fantastic
Kent removals were absolutely fantastic from the initial inquiry right up to the delivery of our belongings, including a car and pet. Staff and services are to be commended. The care my little dog received was amazing, I had photo updates and reports at every stage of his journey. This put my mind at ease knowing he was being extremely well looked after. My car arrived safe and sound as did all my belongings. If you are after friendly, reliable , honest and fair pricing along with 5 star service from experienced and very helpful staff, Kent Removals are for you. I highly recommend you use Kent if you are moving interstate and want peace of mind all will go well.
