Moved from Central Coast of NSW to…
Moved from Central Coast of NSW to Townsville Qld. Staff were not careful enough with packing or transporting. Damage was caused to furniture by staff negligence and complacency. They even reversed their truck into the garden wall on delivery. Kent refused my claim for rectification/replacement completely (including the damaged garden wall). Do not use this company as they do not care about any damage that they cause.

Very professional job well done.
Even though there was a hiccup with the delivery date,I was glad your delivery boys were extremely careful with the loading and unloading.We were surprised there were no damage to any of my household items and the plants were still alive after a month in storage.
I sincerely thank everyone involved in doing a great job.

I found my experience in moving less stressful as Kent’s crew just made life of moving easier and took the stress out of moving on the day.

Fantastic service from start to finish. The whole team at Kent Removalists were professional, organised and easy to deal with throughout the entire move. Where my belongings were to be…
Where my belongings were to be delivered is not a paved road. Its also a bit hard to find. The driver handled the road so well and between us he found me. There was no impatience or rudness about the situation. The driver took it all in his stride. Very friendly and chatty and just two really nice guys. Thankyou.

Every step along the way Kent staff were helpful and went above our expectations.
From the initial phone consultation, video quote process and booking all the way to uploading at Toowoomba, QLD (BTW- mad Tetris skills Fellas!), storage in Launceston and finally delivery and unloading at Smithton TAS the admins were thorough and helpful, and the loading crews were cheerful, energetic and very considerate in handling our belongings.
Well worth the cost as it saved us from all the shopping hours, decision making and expense that would have been involved in selling it all and starting fresh- especially considering the cost and effort it would have involved to ship or haul at least 1 cubic meter of our most personal and sentimental items.
100% recommended Kent as your big relocation team- just make sure you cull, measure and prepare. It worked out well for us. Cheers :)
