I bought some glasses from them for about $130 and it came pretty much broken and unusable. Tried to reach out multiple times over span of 7 months and no reply. They are scammers don’t use

Attempts to cancel the order immediately after placement were resisted, finally cancellation accepted and refund promised within one week. Failed to receive refund until I raised a dispute via PayPal. Received refund.

I made two orders, both never delivered and never refunded. Customer service doesn't care to track the case, they just send you some generic replies over and over again. They aren't able to provode the proof of delivery such as my signature, nevertheless they refuse to refund or send a replacement.

On top of that, delivery takes over a week, which nowadays is just silly.

I bought a tripod, which came on damaged, I guess during delivery it was thrown or fallen down and one flip flop was broken. I contacted Kentfaith and explained the problem. I got a quick reply and a pragmatic solution so I had not to send back the full tripod, but could easily repair it by myself. So not only the product is nice and of high quality, also the service in case of problems works very well.

I made an order, and it took some time, but it arrived, and the quality is very good. Their website gave me the best deal for my lens, so I am very happy.

After purchasing many items, they are all good quality and function exactly as they should. While the quality might not be as great as other, more reputable stores, you can't beat the price point. The variable ND filter and lightweight tripod have been a great addition to my kit and after filming a documentary in remote parts of Australia, I was super happy with how well the equipment handled those environments.

I am writing to formally complain about an incorrect order I received.

My order is KF-ORDER-0-821712

I ordered the Carbon Fiber Travel Tripod 70"/1.7m Max Height Lightweight Tripod 15kg/33.07lbs Load for DSLR Cameras A254C4+BH-35L (old model SA254C2) (SKU: KF09.098). However, the product delivered does not match my order. Instead of the BH-35L head, I received a BH-36L (see attached photo).

Additionally, the tripod itself differs in appearance from the product shown on your website (see attached screenshot). This raises serious concerns about the accuracy of your product listing.

I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Please clarify how you intend to proceed. I request either:

an immediate replacement with the correct product as ordered, or
a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Please respond within a reasonable timeframe with clear instructions on the next steps.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue further.

I'm the sort that invests only once in very expensive products and have it last for a lifetime because it shows how much effort you put into investing in your prized future. To that extent I came across kentfaith in 2021 because I wanted to begin my youtube journey after watching Nahre Sol talk about her recording gear. The moment I saw kentfaith I knew that I knew that I KNEW that this would be the site that gives me what I sought. I wanted a tripod that would be sturdy, durable and endure the elements like it was another tuesday and still look like no forest fire ever touched it. At the time this tripod was the largest investment I had made. It even came with a bag that most bag-makers would envy! 5 years, many international flights, jostling in transport, carrying it everywhere for recordings and then some I can very easily vouch, verify and testify that what you see on the website is definitely what you get. They have never once compromised in quality nor safety during shipping. The customer care is polite, professional and prompt. Anyone building their future or are interested aficionados in their creative field will not be disappointed in kentfaith, What are odds that I've been wanting to write a review and boom I get an email today to do just that! No recommendations from anyone and I am glad I patronised this company. From the tripods, camera bag, soft box, etc.
Their delivery was swift and on my second order I got a gift. Even when the head of my tripod had a fault and I reached out to them, they sent me a new head without requesting for a dime or the previous one. I am stuck with them and I am ordering more productssss as I just started my photography career and I don’t regret anything I have purchased so far. I can go on and on but sincerely, they have my loyalty already.
