Great Tripod and Gimbal Head
The tripod I ordered along with the Gimbal head have been great and reliable. I have had these items for over 6 months now and am a wildlife photographer so they're used outside in all conditions.
Delivery was quick and on time and I'll probably order from KentFaith again.

Delivery takes weeks and cancellation isn't an option
They pretend like a UK company or at least like they have a branch in the UK but they ship products from China. A tripod they sell for £99 and take weeks to deliver is sold for £80 on Amazon UK and delivered next day. The same tripod. Moreover, they don’t respond to emails for cancellation once the order has been placed, so you can't exercise your statutory cancellation right, and have to wait for a tripod that costed you 20% more than it should. MY RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY: I paid £8.99 for express delivery (which was supposed to take 2-3 days). It's been a week since I ordered, and still I don't have my tripod. On Monday I contacted themn by email, and they promised to refund £20 difference and deliver the tripod in 2-3 days. Today is the third day. Still no tripod and no refund. There is no possibility to track the item either. Item status shows "In processing, updates coming soon" since I ordered a week ago. FINAL UPDATE: I ordered on 12/03, paying £8.99 for express delivery (2-3 days). 10 days later, today I received the tripod. They also refunded the £20. Overall, had I bought it on Amazon, I could have gotten this exact same tripod at £2 cheaper and 9 days earlier with no headache. Also note that it’s a Chinese company with Chinese morals. Their excuse was "our system took your email address for your postal address. That's why delivery delayed".
