Back Stretcher and Neck Cloud

Bought the back stretcher and neck cloud. Love them both! I no longer feel the need for chiropractic care now. After suffering from lower back and neck/upper back pain for years, the solution has been using these tools to stretch my spine. It's helped immensely. It's felt like a workout for my spine and I can bend and garden with ease again.

Brought a pair for hubby as he's on his…

Brought a pair for hubby as he's on his feet all day at work & since wearing them his feet don't hurt, so I've ordered 2 more pairs for him.
I even brought one for me & I'm able to work all day on my feet & have no pain.

Have been suffering from burning…

Have been suffering from burning twitching feet mainly in bed for some time now,tried ice packs and creams,then saw the add for your compression socks,WOW,they are fabulous! Easy to put on,although I do pull them down to fit over my toes,magic,had my best sleep for a very long time,definitely will recommend them to others! Thanks Judy

Legit product and business!

I saw the neck cloud advertised on Facebook and thought I'd take a chance on the item. I'm a desk worker and have cervical kyphosis.
As a result, i have been experiencing increasing pain and numbness down my right arm. The product came relatively fast which was surprising since the bad reviews had me worried. The instructions were clear and I liked that there are two options for using the Neck Cloud.
I've been using this product for about a month. 10 minutes in the morning and 10 at night and my pain and numbness are virtually gone. I've been focusing on stretching my shoulders to be able to lay flat on the ground as well and have seen improvement there too.
I recommend this product for anyone looking to improve posture, relieve pain, and flexibility. Its worth the investment in yourself.
My brother is a chiropractor and he said this product is a great tool for relieving cervical issues!

This little company goes out of it's…

This little company goes out of it's way to ensure their customer is happy with the purchase. I purchased the socks and so far my pain has reduced considerably and I am sleeping right through the night which was something I hadn't done for a couple of years. Will definitely order from them again

Totally an impulse buy and have been trying to return it. Only thing I might keep is the snooze right pillow. I've been experiencing poor customer service. I have tried contacting support via email at least 4 times now and no response. It's very frustrating.

Edit: 3 stars because I was finally able to contact them via fb messenger, it seems like either writing a review here on trust pilot or through FB is the fastest way to contact kenko back. I ended up returning my entire order as I can't afford it at this time. The pillows: loft was too high, I tried sleeping on both my back and side but woke up with kinks in my neck each time. Back and neck stretcher and neck cloud: all pretty decent, felt like it was helping with my neck and back pain. May repurchase these in the future but most likely will shop around beforehand as there are options like these on Amazon.

TLDR: hard to reach customer service for returns unless writing a review here on trust pilot or reaching out via FB. Uncomfortable pillows, both options gave me kinks in my neck. Would advise shopping around on Amazon before buying the back/neck stretchers and neck cloud

Happy feet......

I've had my Neuropathy socks for 3 days & have only taken them off to have a shower! I LOVE them. I don't know how the socks are doing what they do, but I'm finally getting some relief in BOTH my feet.
Walking any distance was painful & by the evening I was in absolute pain. So far so good. thank you Kenko....

I was able to pull up your purchase history and upon checking, the order was placed last May 26, 2022 and it was returned and delivered on June 12, 2022. Slept like a baby from the first night

Neck Cloud is stretching bliss

I have had neck issues since I was a student nurse in the early 1990’s. In the past 10 years the pain and stiffness have been debilitating. I started doing daily yoga around 10years ago. The only relief that I have encountered has been when I was hanging upside down in an aerial yoga class, which unfortunately I can’t do every day. My experience with this traction device is just amazing. Thank you Kenko. I absolutely love my Neck Cloud. After 30years of pain and stiffness my neck has never felt so free. I absolutely love it and my “tech neck” hump has almost completely gone. I will be recommending the Neck Cloud to anyone who asks and to those who don’t, especially if they have chronic neck issues like me. Thank you so much for the relief you have given me !!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! Somehow my order wound up with two products instead of the one I thought I was ordering. I contacted them to say that I didn't cluck on/choose 2 items and let them know I would be returning the one I was charged for but didn't want. Since them, I have sent them at least 8 messages and no one ever responds. There is only one way to contact them through their email address. Just be very careful if you order.
