I was told after making my pillow purchase that the product was back ordered with no eta. I opted to wait after seeing a review stating their product eventually came. For many months now, they stopped replying to my emails. I night this product about 8 months ago. The website is now down. I can’t get help from Shopify. They keep telling me got contact the company. They still have a product up for sale under a slightly different looking store on Shop app. This is ridiculous.

I read these reviews too late and felt I had to cancel my credit card after I had ordered and saw these. I also saw that the neck support was available much cheaper on Temu. But to my surprise I got a tracking number from China (not Australia) and received the item 7 days later. I have not tried it yet, but have learned my lesson to buy more carefully online in future by reading other reviews. Or buy local!

Scam. Never received the product and no reply from emails.

This seems more like SCAM and FRAUD...

I made an order 23 days ago. Since then, no update at all, and no one bothers to reply to emails. The tracking on their site states that the order is not shipped. But no other update - despite several emails.

THIS IS A SCAM. Don’t buy from them. I bought my order 2 months ago (order number below) and I have never received shipping details and the products.

Ordered and never delivered, cuetomer service does not work!

I have to correct my previous review stating that this was a scam. It is not a scam, as I have just received it. It had been sitting on one of our neighbour's doorsteps for two weeks, as they were away. So apologies to the company. I am not in receipt of the item I ordered.

Avoid scam got confirmation email and never recieved the product

It’s a gimmick, doesn’t work and when you ask for money back which is their guarantee, they offer you 50% back if you are not willing to pay to send it back yourself.
I used it every day for over a month and it made zero difference to my neck hump, pain or headaches. It did nothing. Wouldn’t spend money on this!

I ordered the product on the 3rd July I had a confirmation I have not received the product after almost 3 weeks. All contact is not possible This i a
scam just a way to get money and no products to show for it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM

Wish I’d read these reviews before ordering. Order confirmation email stated that dispatch would be within 2-3 days, no tracking information received three weeks later. Emailed the company, no reply. Opened a PayPal dispute to which the company also didn’t reply so received a full refund. Only after this, more than a week later, did I receive an email back from the company saying they were sorry I hadn’t had any tracking information but they couldn’t really tell me when I might receive the order and were looking into it. Which they obviously weren’t or they’d have known I’d already received a refund. Very dodgy.

I wish I checked here before I purchased. Now I see others have experienced what I have experienced. I received a notification that the package arrived. I checked the mailbox and no package. Then I sent an email about this. They sent a reply saying it was delivered with a tracking link. I sent a reply that I didn't receive the package as of yet. I will come back and change this review when I hear more from the company/receive a refund/ or hopefully, they send a product and I am able to try.

Scam company. I had to request a refund from PayPal. They give a tracking number, but then do not send the product. It has been 25 days so far.

I honestly thought this was going to be a gimmick but for $70AUD I thought the gamble was worth it.
This product has restored my posture in 4 weeks. My back pain is almost entirely gone and I am standing much taller. Great product.

I ordered on April 4… By May 01 I sent an email asking where my product was. I had not received any shipping notifications or the like and it seemed odd and quite lengthy. The reply I received was clearly ESL and contained no updates, other than they would look into it with another team. 11 days later I still have not received an update and of course no product. So far this is a terrible experience. There also isn’t a number to call them on and I’m fairly sure I’m going to be reporting this to AMEX for reimbursement.

I have ordered my goods about 2 weeks ago. Kenko took my money. No solution to issue. Very difficult to get a reply after many messages. I am worried this company is scamming me.

I never received my order after paying. I also never got a refund. No one looked into the order either. I believe this company is scamming people. Buyer beware.

I purchased the Neck Cloud a couple of years ago. Their instructions on how to use it is to lie down and stretch your arms over your head. I queried then why the models used showed all as placing their arms along the side. Company said they would address this with future photos. This has not happened. For the record I cannot stretch my arms over my head when lying down which I'm sure applies to other people and it's quire disingenuous by the company to show people using the Neck Cloud with arms by their sides, while instructions say arms should be stretched over the head.

I have had back and neck issues for a long time and also developed a lump at the base of my neck. I have just recently received the neck cloud and using it for the first few days has provided added relief and more restful sleep. The warm heat thats generated along with the tingling sensation is comforting and i look forward to improved blood flow and a reduction in the neck lump over continued use of the product.
Off to a good start!

I received my Neck Cloud 2 weeks ago. Have been using it since; 2-3 times daily, 5 mins each time. It has helped ease my neck and shoulder pain, as well as tension headaches. I can sleep better now too. Can't wait to see the improvement on my Dowager's hump!
