Simon has made every part of the process incredibly simple and easy, even though I was working with a very tight schedule at a busy time of year. Would recommend to everyone I know.

Fantastic room and communal areas, very clean and well kept with great amenities, very helpful and friendly landlords, made the whole process straightforward.

Simon and Kelly have to be the best landlords I have come across. Any issues are sorted immediately and the property is extremely well managed. The tenant selection process could not be better. Absolutely recommend Kelsy living to anyone seeking the right accommodation.

I moved to Rugby to work abroad in the UK and Simon and Kelly made me feel very welcome from the beginning! Everything from signing documents to solving any kind of issue around the house was always fast and easy. Simon and Kelly always care for the wellbeing of their tenants and they have a great taste for choosing new housemates.

Kelly and Simon have been wonderful landlords. They made us feel most welcome when we arrived in the middle of lockdown. They sorted out problems with our cooker and loo quickly and efficiently. We would be more than happy to recommend them as probably the best landlords in Rugby.

Kelly and Simon are the greatest hostess ever, I feel amazingly great in my new home, it is like living in a hotel, and the best part is cheap in a good neighborhood.

Had to move out from old place and once i find kelsy living i rightaway knew it i would love to live in one of the propperties. I have never experienced such a nice homeowner as Simon he is always here to sort any issue and the place i live in is just beautiful really recomend to anyone who is looking for the home.

Kelsy Living are the best landlords I've ever had and, probably, the best landlords to ever exist. (no, they didn't pay me to write this).

Their communication prior to me moving in was excellent, and they presented me with other options to assure me that I would be able to move in on the date needed.

When I did move in the room and house was spotless. They presented me with a welcome gift and a few bathroom supplies to get me started AND ordered pizza for the whole household to help us get to know each other.

I've had a super turbulent year due to the pandemic, but moving in here has really been a light at the end of the tunnel for me. The kitchen is very well equipped (Simon and Kelly even got me a left handed tin opener!) and they're always a text away should we need anything.

I could not recommend Kelsy Living highly enough, I wish everyone could experience living in a house share that's THIS welcoming. Thank you Simon and Kelly.

Kelly and Simon are very professional landlord's. They have built very modern, cosy and high standard house. I am glad that I found them and decided to move in their houses as it was my first experience to rent a room and was a bit worried how it is gona work for me. Never could imagine that share hose experience could be in so high standard, wish I could find them earlier. Made me feel like I move in 5 star hotel where all is inclusive and even with complimentary gifts. Very important point that they are very careful with choosing new housemates which makes me feel safe and comfortable too to stay longer with Kelsyliving.

For work I move every 6 months and Simon and Kelly have definitely the best landlords I have had over the last 2 years. They were always happy to help and solved all issues very quickly, the property is lovely and renovated to a very high standard. Only good things to say!

I have only good things to say.
They are proactive and always on hand when issues do arise although it is not often. Communication from Kelsyliving is very good and they are always reliable. The property itself is lovely and well looked after. They even take care of garden. To sum up I would say they are professional landlords who take there responsibilities seriously and have a knack for picking great tenants. ;-)

Never had such helpful landlords that are always eager to help and support tenants.

Moving in (even through covid) was smooth and although I was unable to view properly I was given a thorough virtual viewing. Honestly have no complaints since moving in as the design and place is always immaculate. Honestly wish I could live here longer!

What an incredibly wonderful pair. So attentive so caring they treat all their tenants with compassion and respect. If anything needs attention they are there with a smile in a flash. You get the feeling they are as grateful for us as we are for their beautiful warm and welcoming homes.
Kelly and Simon have impeccable taste and design the loveliest places in town. Wish them both all the success in the world they deserve it and everyone should be so lucky as to have them as a landlord! Thank you for all your time and attention we are forever grateful.
