Moved into Urban Hub last year, honestly would love to go back again. The staff sort out maint. stuff real quick. Fire alarms go off a bit too much (classic UK student housing lol), but probably due to all the burnt toasts in the shared kitchen space. They do listen and try to sort it when we complain tho.
