Amazingly quick despatch!

My order was despatched the same day I placed the order, and arrived two days later. The dumbbells are great quality and value.

Great Value for Money.

I recently bought a kettlebell and two dumbbells from KEFL and I am very pleased with my purchase. The quality of the equipment is excellent, especially considering the reasonable prices. The delivery was also very quick and the whole buying experience was smooth and hassle-free.
I’m really happy with the service and products, and I will definitely be purchasing more gym equipment from them in the future. Highly recommended!

Great quality products and excellent customer service

I’ve been in the market for a kettlebell set for a number of weeks then came across a great deal from KEFL. As I’ve never purchased from them I checked out their Trustpilot which had a lot of compliments about the quality of the product but some issues around delivery times.

I reached out to KEFL and almost immediately was connected to a lady called May, I explained my concerns and she reassured me I would have a great experience and she would manage the process for me.

That night I paid up and 3 days later I got all 11 Kettlebells delivered in PERFECT condition and AHEAD of schedule! …I couldn’t be more impressed with the whole process. I’m here to let everyone know I would fully recommend them to anyone interested you won’t be disappointed. Great quality products from a great company with what I would say was 10/10 customer service 👏 👏

Great company

Great company, I've bought 5 of their cast iron kettlebells and I'm very happy with them. Well made, sturdy and with great grip. I have the 14, 16, 20, two 24s and a 32 kg. I had an issue with one of them and Luna, the lady who dealt with the problem was fantastic, absolutely amazing and dealt with my issue with a professionalism and attention to detail that went above and beyond what I expected. Not only did she resolve my issue but compensated me for a mistake and arranged swift delivery on my next order. An absolute diamond of an asset to this company and it was her who won me over and kept my future custom and stopped me going elsewhere. Not only was she lovely to deal with but sorted out everything promptly and to my absolute satisfaction. 5 stars for her personally and to the company in general. The bells are fantastic to workout with, well balanced and even and at great prices. Will definitely continue to use this company in the future.

Purchased a simple weight plate storage…

Purchased a simple weight plate storage rack, stated 3-5 days delivery, now, over a week later, with no update on when it will be shipped or any tracking information or any sort of communication whatsoever, even after me sending multiple emails and "contact us" forms online there's still no change and no communication or updates. I want a full refund your an absolute joke of a company avoid at all costs buy elsewhere. **Update** So after the reply to this review trying to justify your total lack of customer service I received an email on 17/06/26 stating it would be dispatched on that day, then, after no change to the tracking information and having to get in contact with them yet again, I was told it wouldn't be delivered as stated due to some other made up reason. I then emailed to see what was going on to just receive a load of fobbing off by an employee named May in customer services. After waking following morning i had another email informing me my order had been cancelled, even after I said to still go ahead with the order. Absolute idiots who work here

This review contains several statements that are simply not accurate.

You placed your order on 17 June. Emails were sent to us on Friday 19 June and again on Saturday 20 June. We then responded again on Monday, the next working day. We are a business that operates during normal working hours and weekdays, not a 24/7 service as we are NOT ROBOTS.

You selected our Standard Delivery service, which is clearly stated as 3-5 working days and we sent you a proof of that while highlighting the option YOU MADE at the time of checkout. At the time of your emails, your order was still within that delivery window.

Throughout the correspondence, our team, including May, remained polite and professional despite receiving multiple messages containing insults, accusations that we were lying, and comments describing us as a "joke company". At one stage, you also sent a message stating, "You better send it", which we considered inappropriate and disrespectful towards our staff.

May explained that although we were arranging to dispatch your order with a 24-hour service at no extra cost, courier delays, while uncommon, can still occur and are outside our direct control. This was not an excuse but an honest explanation of how courier networks operate.

Given the ongoing hostile communication and to avoid any further issues or disappointment, we made the decision to cancel the order and issue a full refund. This was communicated to you directly at the time.

We fully accept responsibility when we make mistakes, but we also believe it is important that the facts surrounding an order are represented accurately.

Ordered 5 kettle bells one arrived with…

Ordered 5 kettle bells one arrived with no problem …. Parcel force then sent a email to say the others had been delivered 2 days later with a photo of proof but this was not my address….. I emailed kefl which looked into this for me and then sent the missing 4 bells again which I received within a day …. A big shout out to May who kept me up to date with everything that was going on and couldn’t have been more helpful.

From placing the order to delivery…

From placing the order to delivery everything was good. They even went out of their way to call me as the weights I ordered would not fit on the barbell and changed it for me. Not many companies would do that

I've only gave a 4 star due to delivery…

I've only gave a 4 star due to delivery issues, only half the other one week the other half the next week and then the driver dropped the dumbbells on the floor outside the house. Need new good delivery drivers

However, I completely understand your frustration regarding the driver's handling of the dumbbells. Dropping the parcel outside your house is not acceptable, and we will raise this feedback with the courier.

The package should arrive in 3-5 days. I haven't received it. I wrote several times after 5 days, but no one bothered to respond. After 14 days, someone wrote that I hadn't updated my email, which is untrue. I updated several times, several days in a row. Please don't lie about me. If you have a problem with the courier, blame them, not me.

This is not the level of service we want to provide, especially to returning customers. We experienced a backlog which affected our response times, but I completely understand that this does not excuse the frustration caused by waiting without clear communication.

From what I can see, the original parcel was misplaced by the courier. Once we became aware of this, we arranged a replacement on a 24-hour express service to get the order to you as quickly as possible.

I believe your item has now been received, and as an apology for the delay and poor experience, I can confirm that we have refunded your delivery charge.

We are working hard to improve our communication and resolve every customer issue properly. I am sorry again for the inconvenience caused, and I hope we can restore your confidence in us in the future.
