I ordered 3 sets of dumbbells.
I ordered 3 sets of dumbbells.
Unfortunately the 7.5kg ones didn’t arrived.
I was told by a lovely member of staff that a second set of 7.5kg dumbells has been sent. Sadly they have still not arrived.
I appreciate this is a delivery problem, however you may need to look at who you get to do your deliveries.

Dispatch issue but good resolution

A rollercoaster! After emailing the customer support, May was incredibly helpful. I've had an apology for the delay, an explanation that they have experienced a backlog and issues with delivery since the heatwave. My delivery charge has been refunded and May got the package moving for me and it is due for delivery tomorrow.
I'm very happy with the customer service.

Downgraded from 2 stars to 1 star. Since the review below, my order has been listed as "dispatched" but Royal Mail haven't yet received it. It's been in that state for 3 days.
So far, 9 days and counting, and it hasn't even left KEFL.

Whilst I am happy with the product type and price that I've got on order, it's been 6 days since I placed the order and though it has been confirmed, it has not been dispatched. I don't expect same day service, 2 days maximum before it is sent is reasonable. 6 days is not.

Ordered a kettlebell from KEFL
Ordered a kettlebell from KEFL, as they looked good, and had good reviews. My initial order was lost somehow my royal mail, but the support staff at KEFL had dispatched a replacement before I even knew what had happened. The bell still only took 4 days to arrive. Great company, fantastic staff, and a very comfortable, affordable kettlebell. 5 stars

I ordered a pair of hex dumbbells
I ordered a pair of hex dumbbells, Olympic weight collars and a 32kg kettlebell.
The quality of each was outstanding. I compared the collars to identical quick lock collars from another brand and although id had the other brands collars for a while the quality between them was noticeable. The KEFL collars feel heavier and the clamp is definitely stronger. I tested the resistance of them with a fair amount of plates and gravity and they didn’t budge. The hex dumbbells surprised me out of the box, they are commercial quality and even had the lubricant sheen still on the rubber which shows they are brand new. The kettlebell has a perfect powdered finish and came from one complete mould, no welding.
The price I paid for these items is truly unbeatable and for what I paid I wasn’t expecting the quality I received which was perfect.
I had an issue with delivery which was not anything caused by KEFL but the customer support I received from Luna was prompt (within 24 hours) and the resolution was hassle free and swift.
I will be a repeat customer for sure. Very impressed and highly recommend
