It was uncomplicated to sort out

I had to set up internet to work from home, I discussed with the agent the minimum speeds i would need and they outlined the best options for me which where reasonable compared with mobile internet prices.

I went in to the building and after providing my details, about 10-15 minutes later after hearing the terms i had my eero ordered and there was no upfront costs and they gave me 14 days to try it out and decide if the package worked for me.

Moving my account

I require to move my account to a new address and spoke with a lady on the phone. She was extremely helpful and very happy to assist me with the details of moving it and booking the new installation. She explained everything and ensured that I understood what I was to do and what the engineer would do. Brilliant customer service.

Kcom fitted my internet connection

Kcom fitted my internet connection. Corrispondance all the way through explaining each part. Engineer came when expected. He was polite, helpful and professional. Easy to connect via my phone and highly satisfied with results.

After a bad start getting the request…

After a bad start getting the request for an installation approved (3 times we tried and each time were told you could not) we managed a chat with your road show people locally. They gave us a name and a number and Mike sort out the problem as my neighbour underneath verbally approved a way leave (he is one of your customers) job sorted 👍
