Emailed me for change of shipping address for my keycaps even though I reached out months ago and forgot to respond.

Attempted to change order based on no time given for group buy, chose my first choice of color. Instantly regretted choosing something not in stock. Spoke to CS on discord (all within 2 hours of payment) and was informed that my decided color for the GB was already in stock and could be processed in an expedited time. A+ customer service response. KBDfans-Adam was quick, polite, and helpful.

would be 5* if they didn't ship with a useless company like fedex

I dont f*ing understand people when they give anything under 5 stars to kbdfans. Firstly, they have the best customer support in the world. Second, their keyboards are high quality, beautiful and easy to assemble/disassemble. The shipping times are always either on time or early. Just buy from them, they got everything any other company has, just better. :)

I ordered a keyboard kit that came with a defective PCB (half of the RGB lights do not work), so I contacted KBDFans via the chat on their site. Alice was my support contact, and she was understanding and extremely helpful in resolving my case. She followed up in a timely manner with a tracking number for the replacement PCB, as well as checking in to make sure I received my package. The replacement PCB works as intended, and I was able to finish building out my new keyboard. Thank you Alice for your assistance! I would shop at KBDFans again for my next keyboard needs.

I was struggling with the firmware on my new Odin keyboard. Leila with customer service dealt with my nagging over several days and continued to work with me to finally resolve the issue. Really above and beyond customer service. Big thanks again to Leila and the team, you all make great products and have even better support.

I spent $500 ordering a custom pre-assembled Tofu65 keyboard from KBD 3-4 months ago. I have had constant issues with this keyboard since I got it. From the keys not responding on PC start-up as well as a damaged switch/stab which leaves my backspace key stuck/repeating. Customer service is little to no help, sending me youtube videos on how to disassemble and rebuild my own keyboard to fix it (I am not tech-savvy enough to do this), telling me to just take it somewhere to get it fixed, and being very short with responses. I asked multiple times if they could just repair the keyboard for me, and they say they can't because their repair service is "located internationally" and it's "expensive" so it seems they have no warranty or service to repair the keyboard. If I could go back I would not order from this site again.

I bought the keyboard DIY kit and the keycaps except for the cat paw ones from you guys. The keycaps are nice. KAT profile is interesting. They are "soft" and very quiet. I did not need to put anything between the PCB and the case (no foam, no rubber). This is an awesome keyboard... it was hard to build because my hands are shaky and the screws are small, but that is irrelevant. It feels solid, it sounds great!! I really enjoyed this. It was my first time building it. I will be building a tofu65 for myself with Gateron Black Inks. I am probably going to just use the same pudding caps that I was using on my old cooler master keyboard. Thank you again for the excellent service.

KBDfans has excellent service and quality products at reasonable prices. If you are starting to build your own keyboards then start here. Don't get yourself into the group buys until you find your passion. Don't spend 300+ (okay.. the bella kit was 300+ but there was more to it as the build was for my gf and she loves cats).

Edit: I just saw bad reviews.. does not make sense. Yes. It takes two weeks for packages to enter the USA from China.. this is actually common knowledge and if you order anything from China to the US you'll know it takes forever. Sorry about your kid's christmas but I'm sure he will understand that the package is coming if you learn simple international conventions regarding import and export... asking for your money back because foreign policy sucks makes no sense.

Hey, I just wanted to quickly reach out and let your guys know that KBDfans has really provided me with great service. This is was my first time ordering a custom keyboard. So I made some mistakes and had to make adjustments, they are been extremely patient and helpful all the time

This has to be the worst company I have ever ordered from, the shipping took 2 weeks for my package to even get to the US, after that my package got lost and I asked for a refund but they said they had to do a 2 week investigation before I could get a full refund. And the worst part is that it is Christmas eve and I am waiting for my package to come as it was a Christmas gift for my son. If they had just refunded me the money I could have easily bought the keyboard from another site for a bit more with 2 day shipping. This is a horrible company and I highly recommend you to steer clear of their site and buy from different sites.

Keyboard: very good finish, no dents, one thing about screws, they are bit dry to when screwing in to the hard case (scratchy), I applied a soft layer of Krytox to the screws and it works smoothly. Case is aluminum and bit of heavy, but sturdy. One thing I would love to see is the back weight (D65 KBDfans brass plate) to use cup head 6-bobes recess screws but they use Phillips screws, KBD. please. update. You actually mentioned it from your online manual that the Kit (should) come with cup head 6-bobes recess screws.

Brass plate: nice finish and sturdy.

PCB: RGB hotswap is well built with Kailh sockets, VIA compatible and easy to config.

Coiled Cable: well handmade overall, the aviator is metal case covered, however the 2 connectors to the Keyboard and PC are hard plastic covered (may losen in future when plug in and out multiple times), I expect them to be hard metal covered (like the aviator), would be much better. KBD please update these parts, overall color accents are nice.

Stabilizers: KBD has their "PC KBD stabilizers PCB screw in", with gold plated (wires and screws), mine are yellow-green color, nicely done to the PCB with gasket mount provided, paired with thick my PBT keycaps, they sound like pavement bricks (thocky to me).

Package: tidy and safe, KBD did pump in foams to prevent damage, it's pretty nice, not much empty space inside the box, no rattle at all.

Delivery time: 1 month (I am in South East Asia). International Priority with FedEX, tracking ID provided.

The keyboard will last less than a year. The wired connector will be LOOSE CONSTANTLY. Typing only for the keyboard to disconnect in the middle of doing anything with the keyboard.
The keyboard is CONSTANTLY being disconnected from the crappy low quality parts they use.
This is just the tip of the iceberg.

I got a prebuilt keyboard from them and it's definitely well made. The company has amazing customer service as well and is great with communication. I am so happy with my keyboard :) I would recommend KBDfans for keyboard starters and veterans alike. I wish I could post a photo of my keyboard on here!
