I was a bad experience buying an used car here in Brazil
I was a bad experience buying an used car here in Brazil. They didn't do a correct checkup and the vehicle came with several defects. It had inconsistent mileage (big problem), lights on the dash on, steering problems and the speedometer didn't work! How to trust a company that claims to have a quality certificate and delivers a vehicle in this state. Misleading advertising.

BUYER BEWARE KAVAK IS UNTRUSTWORTHY
FOLIO 04106017.Purchased my 2016 Buick Enclave from Kavak in February of 2022. In August of 2022 the air conditioner stopped working. I was told this was not covered by my extended warranty. I PAID them $4,000 pesos on AUGUST 24, 2022. I have called, Tweeted, messaged on WhatsApp, Facebook, linked-in and Instagram and still do not have my vehicle back. Today is October 24, 2022. I was told my car is at a specialized repair shop in Guadalajara. Kavak has refused to give me the location or name of the shop. They have refused to return my vehicle. Buyer beware. DO NOT BUY FROM KAVAK. I filed a formal report with PROFECO and will be filing a stolen vehicle report with the police. My attorney will also be sending a formal demanda and I will be suing Kavak.

Service
Service, guidance, and professionalism were really helpful to have a great experience.
Was easy to follow every step of the sale, the car was in perfect condition and one of the most important things is I did not struggle with the paperwork.
I already made 3 different transactions ( sale, buy and permute ) with 3 different cars and I did not have a single problem. All the assistants were aware to give me the best possible service.
I´m sure that the next transaction will do it with you again.
