Ordered a bag on the 26th November but still haven’t received it. Despite contacting their customer service twice all I keep getting is that their courier is busy 😡
Unlikely that I will receive this before Christmas now so have to buy a replacement present for the person I intended giving it to, stay clear of order on line

I returned two pairs of shoes and only received the money for one pair. Nobody has been answering my emails. This is fraud!!! I can not recommend anyone to support this company!

after a previous experience i didn't think this company could get any worse i was wrong. sent an item back 2 weeks ago, been with Kate Spade 10 days now absolutely no acknowledgment of return. i try whatsapp explain everything including photos of return proof etc 2 days later they respond and ask what i need help with (even though it's detailed) because i don't reply in 5 mins they end the chat, so i try to call and their phone lines say they are not taking calls. absolutely embarrassing and i know the response here will be email customer services, I ALREADY HAVE!!!!

I've had a really disappointing experience and I would never purchase anything else from Kate Spade. I bought a pair of boots which I only wore on weekends. In less than a year one of the heels fell off, which on £300 boots is just insane.
I contacted them to see if they could do anything about it as the boots are in warranty, and customer service is dire. They take weeks (genuinely) to reply to any email, and when they eventually they did reply they said it was just 'wear and tear' - there's absolutely no way the heel on a pair of boots should fall off in under a year of light wear!!
So in short, terrible customer service who just don't even respond most of the time, combined with poor quality products means I could never purchase anything else and have advised my friends not to also.

So so disappointed. My order still gas not been collected by GLS despite it being ready since last Tuesay (1 week)..Despite requesting another courier provider. nothing has happened. This is not first class customer service.

Ordered 30th November and still no sign of my order is arriving. Customer service said takes 10days to investigate which is going to be after Christmas, ridiculous!! Very disappointed!!!
